Facing the first ray of sunshine in the morning, I finally sat in the hot air balloon. It was a very good experience. The service center was also equipped with a Chinese interpreter. The temperature difference in the morning was large. The customer service would remind us to bring a coat. It was a very good trip.★

Everything went smoothly with the initial booking and inquiries.
However, to my utter surprise, the day before departure, we discovered they had forgotten to book our pickup service… The reconfirmation process was incredibly slow… so slow and frustrating that I couldn't wait any longer, I frantically called, emailed, and texted the hot air balloon company. Only after I had personally confirmed everything did they tell me they would resend me an email with the new information… (By this time, I already knew from emails, calls, and texts that the hot air balloon company had already made the necessary arrangements… I was speechless).★
