Tasting was excellent. Incredible to see the production process from start to finish and enjoy quite a variety of balsamic vinegars at the end across different foods! I would absolutely do this again with my wife and kids.

It was fantastic, our guide knew her stuff and was very informative - she also was able to tailor towards what we liked and gave us some great tips for afterwards. The food was amazing - the Balsamic and wine being particular highlights. I would recommend if anyone is in Modena. Top stuff!
