Lovely! Such a beautiful experience going to the Disney Hollywood studios. Pick up from the parking lot is free - after that you need to go to the ticket office, which is pretty much where you get dropped off, to get a physical ticket (which is a card) to get into the park. No complications at all and the booth was informed and friendly! Also a small souvenir cause the card stays with you.
