Everything looks good. The only issue is that we didn’t notice the extra $35 charge at the beginning, which caused some confusion.

Richard was an outstanding guide and extremely knowledgeable about Panama and the Embera people. He entertained us with his insight and endless well of facts about Noriega, the relationship between Panama and the United States, etc. I would def recommend! Oh, and def wear water shoes not flip flops maybe even tennis shoes you can get wet. The climbing around the waterfall is not flip flop safe and barefoot is not comfortable, and bring water and a hat.

First off, John was an amazing tour guide/host! His sense of humor was great. He's super knowledgeable about Panama and its history. He gave us some great history lessons lol The tour itself was great also! We didn't get to see as many monkeys or other animals as I'd hoped, but it was still a good time! And I liked the jungle walk too The brunch was SO GOOD! I wanted to bring some of the hojaldra with me to go! lol Overall, I enjoyed the experience and would do it again! We had the best time on this trip Excellent value for money. Our driver Javier was friendly, an expert on the twisty roads and determined to spot a sloth for us which he did! The boat was bumpy, our guide was v friendly The islands we visited were absolutely beautiful. We had a good amount of time on each. The food was good, vegetarian option too Even some WiFi and card payments on some islands!
