What a wonderful day trip! I booked three days in advance, checked with customer service and was told there were still tickets available for the mini-train, so I immediately placed the order. The driver/guide was super punctual, very humorous, and provided commentary throughout the trip. He drove very smoothly, and I didn't feel carsick at all. The itinerary was also very well planned. Luckily, my fellow travelers in the group were also punctual. We returned to the city around 11 pm. Overall, I highly recommend it!★

It was really great! Our driver, Augustine, spoke English very clearly and gave smooth guidance, which I was grateful for. It was also helpful that she spoke Japanese. Everything was on time and smooth, and the tour was packed with content, but I was very satisfied with everything. We were able to feed kangaroos, see lots of koalas right in front of us, and see the penguins on Phillip Island, which was a spectacular view... I was really moved. They told us things like, "If you get hungry during the tour, make sure to have lunch at this time," so we were able to participate with peace of mind! I highly recommend it!★

Since it was a small group, the driver picked us up at the hotel on time. The small crowds made the experience very good. The steam train burned coal, and the smoke was a bit dirty. I was covered in fine coal dust when I returned, so I tried not to open my mouth when facing the wind. The penguins were cute, and you could see them up close on the boardwalk. The starry sky was also beautiful. I had already seen the zoo in Brisbane, so I didn't go. I felt that an hour was a bit tight for the zoo. I would like to praise the driver and tour guide, Banban, for his steady driving and also for teaching us some sightseeing tips.★

Chris H picked us up from the Great Southern Hotel and gave us an unforgettable experience from the colorful Brighton Beach, the wildlife at Moonlit Sanctuary, stunning views at The Nobbies, and the magical Penguin Parade.

The train was ok, the Moonlight Zoo was very interesting, but the penguin show at the end was terrible. Too many tickets were sold, and I couldn't see many penguins at all. The experience was far inferior to Oamaru in New Zealand.
