The hotel provided a comfortable and pleasant stay overall. The check-in and check-out processes were smooth and efficient, and the staff were courteous and helpful throughout the visit. Our guide, Jose, was amazing, passionate, witty, and entertaining.. His command of the English language was outstanding.. He is very personable and ensured that everyone in our group was taken care of.. The Mercedes mini van was very comfortable and smooth riding. We enjoyed all the stops and all the wine tastings!! The presentations of the wines were exceptional.. We highly recommend this tour.. Thank you, Jose🤗
