We had an absolutely amazing day from start to finish! A huge thank you to our guide, Pedro Manuel, and our wonderful driver, Ramos. You both made the experience so enjoyable—full of fascinating information, laughter, and great energy. The Douro was stunning, even in the rain, and the tour delivered nonstop breathtaking scenery, iconic drives, delicious food, and plenty of fantastic wine and port. Sharing it all with such a great group made it even more special. We can’t recommend this tour highly enough. Pedro, you’re a true gem—keep up the fantastic work!★

The hotel provided a comfortable and pleasant stay overall. The check-in and check-out processes were smooth and efficient, and the staff were courteous and helpful throughout the visit. The room was clean, well-maintained, and equipped with the essential amenities needed for a comfortable stay. Housekeeping was consistent and responsive to requests.
