Reviews: Private Half Day Tour in Dominican Republic with Local Guide

Must do trip! Edwin our guide was amazing! Explained everything on the tour about the local neighbourhoods, countryside and city we visited, took us for a traditional Dominican lunch which was excellent. The farmer on the plantation was lovely, we tasted coffee, traditional hot chocolate, fruits, cocoa & herbs, was so informative, welcomed us in to his house for a tour. souvenir shop was also great we were under no pressure to buy anything. Very relaxed atmosphere, cigar factory also excellent!★

From beginning to end, the whole experience was amazing! Our transportation was on time, the guide “Sammy Carwash” was not only informative but hilarious at the same time! The young man explaining the safety procedures was very clear and precise (also funny)! The harness equipment was in excellent condition and the guides made sure to secure it properly on everyone! The zip lining was exhilarating! 10/10!★

Everything about the excursion was absolutely perfect. The staff is amazing and so kind! They pick you up and drop you off right at the cruise port making sure you’re back in time for the boat to leave. The waterfalls were beautiful and just the right amount of adventure and thrills. Our excursion included an all you can eat buffet and it was delicious! Highly recommend this company and adventure on your next visit to the DR! The photographers were also awesome and highly highly recommend purchasing the package after!Trip.com Picks
