It's easy to use. You just pay for each ticket individually, but the lounge was so crowded that I had to wait to get in. It was my first time in the East wing, and while it was smaller than the West wing, it was more than enough for breakfast.

In the morning, simply leave your luggage at the counter after checking out and wait for the escort to collect it. Then you can head out and continue your itinerary, and even when catching your flight in the evening, you can still run around with ease!
