The South Korean tour guide team was very professional. After booking through Ctrip, they communicated with us one day in advance to confirm the meeting time and place. The itinerary was compact and well-planned, visiting Imjingak, Dora Observatory, and the Third Tunnel in sequence. Our tour guide, Kim Ji-hye, was professional, cheerful, and humorous. She provided detailed explanations of the history of inter-Korean relations and each attraction, and thoughtfully helped with taking photos and translation.★

Having participated in numerous experiential tours around the world, I was incredibly fortunate to have encountered the most responsible and considerate tour guide, Kwon Sun-hee, this time. She not only rescued us from the wrong bus, unlike other tours I've taken on trips in Japan and Thailand where guides simply abandoned their group members, but she also provided incredibly detailed explanations of Korean folk culture and geography. She was also very enthusiastic about taking photos for everyone, her photography skills were highly professional, ensuring there were no bad shots. She clearly explained the meeting points and tour times, preventing anyone from getting lost. Although the itinerary was tight, it was very rewarding. Thank you! I hope to have the opportunity to participate again next time!★

The tour was very packed: we arrived at the suspension bridge early in the morning, and then headed towards the DMZ. If you didn't buy a cable car ticket (I didn't, and I think it was an unnecessary addition), you'll have free time to wander around, take photos, and browse souvenirs. Afterwards, we headed directly to the tunnel and observation deck, from where we could see North Korea. Don't forget your passports; they'll be checked upon entering the area.★
