Definitely a must buy item if you are going to spend more than 3 days in Seoul. The ticket fees for each attraction point is vwry costly, so the pass will surely save your bucks. But the info on purchasing the pass, and way to reedem entry ticket is very limited on this page, you have to refer to website for more details.

Quick registration, you need to exchange it at the machine at the station for a printed ticket, the train is fast and comfortable.

Very convenient. It's super easy to get cash from a machine, and they accept euros, dollars, and even just won. They accept it everywhere! The only issue is that I had trouble reading my transport card, but that must be my phone, because to top up or check my T-Money balance, you have to tap the card to the phone for the chip to be recognized. 🤪😂

It's easy to use. You just pay for each ticket individually, but the lounge was so crowded that I had to wait to get in. It was my first time in the East wing, and while it was smaller than the West wing, it was more than enough for breakfast.

My friend who booked with me received an email confirming the reservation and letting me know where to pick up the luggage, but I didn't receive one, so I had to contact them myself. From there, I received a quick response and the process went smoothly. All communication was in English. I think it would be better if the price was a little cheaper. For example, carry-on luggage could be half price.


