A 6-day luxury semi-independent tour of Penang and Langkawi was generally convenient and saved a lot of time. The trip went smoothly, which was great. The customer service was also very good and patient.

The price-performance ratio was really high. Although the food wasn't very diverse, mostly basic group meals, you had to eat out if you wanted something better. The hotel itself was decent, but it was a bit far from the city center, about an hour's drive away. It's worth mentioning that I've never met such a wonderful local guide before. Her name is Yoon Young-hee, she's a native Korean and an incredibly lovely tour guide. I hope to meet her again next time I go. Hehe.
