As a solo traveller I like to make memories away from mass tourism. I decided once again to do a tour with Ed, cause he understands hospitality, entertainment and most of all making unique experiences/ memories for his guests. After the first stop in Mochos, we went to the lassithi plateau. We visited a farmer’s field and learned about the vegetables and growing methods. Right there Ed picked two types of melons. They tasted delicious. The next stop was a strawberry field where we picked our own strawberries and took them home with us. For me the best experience was after the strawberries, when we sat down under the apple trees and did a wine tasting, accompanied with the strawberries. Right there I felt the most authentic feeling. It was spot on and a memory I cherish. So once again Ed you delivered and even though every year we make new experiences, you always surprise me with new, authentic, fun and interesting ones! Till next time. Sidenote: because Ed genuine connects with everyone, he can arrange these beautiful, authentic and meaningful experiences!

I used a 5G eSIM for travel, and overall it was a very convenient experience. The installation was quick — I just scanned a QR code and the internet started working within a few minutes. It’s great not having to buy a physical SIM card at the airport. The internet speed was fast in big cities, and I could easily use maps, social media, and video calls without problems. In some areas the connection switched to 4G, but it was still stable enough for everyday use.
