Took me a while to locate the collection stall. Other then that everything ia great as the round trip ticket work well as you have to go to correct platform for express train. The stall do not offer top up services, however it is easy for you to just top up at the train station counter just behind the collection stall. The easy card as well work well without any issue. High recommended

It was a very fulfilling trip, and the scenery of Alishan was stunning. I'm very grateful to our tour guide, Chen Jihong (Ji Ge), for his humorous and engaging explanations throughout the trip and for taking photos for everyone along the way. His thoughtful service was truly rewarding! I highly recommend anyone from mainland China to hire a car with Ji Ge; he's a very comfortable guide.


