I ordered a set that included the Airport MRT (round trip) and EasyCard (200 NTD included). I'm happy that I got it as a slightly better deal than buying each separately. I felt the information about the pick-up location was a little unclear. If you're arriving at Taoyuan Airport T1, it's located on the Airport MRT station floor (B2). Heading towards the Airport MRT, take the escalator down from the ground floor and you'll find it on the way to the station.★

I was able to purchase tickets for the Taiwan Shinkansen at a 15% discount, exclusive to foreign tourists! First, you make a reservation here, then select your seat on the Taiwan Shinkansen website. Seats are assigned randomly, so I was able to get a seat next to my friend at the ticket counter on the day. The return trip was fully booked, so I couldn't make it, but I was glad I was able to purchase tickets at a discount!★

Mr. AJun was the best! He was fast and concise about what the plan was for the day and he recommended some of the best boba and food. I was overall impressed with the itinerary for the price of it. Would recommended this to anyone and especially to have an amazing guide like Mr. AJUN. He also takes amazing photos of you!★

Excellent!! The driver was very attentive and responsible, and drove very smoothly. I usually get carsick, but I didn't get carsick at all on the mountain roads of Alishan this time!! He also gave us detailed introductions at the scenic spots and took us to take photos 😭 He was so responsible; I didn't expect to get such a great customized tour for this price.★
