Reviews: [Limited Time Offer] Limousine Bus Round-Trip Service Between Haneda Airport and Shinjuku/Ikebukuro Areas (Late Night & Early Morning Departure Time Slots)

This was my first time arriving in Japan alone by plane, and it was even at the airport in the middle of the night. I then took a bus to my destination by myself. The Tachikatsu Bus was really convenient, the service was excellent, and they even had Wi-Fi available – it was fantastic!

Very convenient service. The bus stopped right in front of the Sunshine City Prince Hotel. We bought our tickets online, reserved a time slot, and read the email with the courier for boarding. We arrived on time!

It was my first time taking a night bus, and it was a very different experience. The customer service staff were also very friendly, offering many options for you to choose from and letting you re-book. The only downside was that as a big kid, it was a little hard for me to fall asleep.

Let me start by saying that we had a comfortable and enjoyable trip there and back. But I'll add some important information below, as the description of this event was a bit confusing to me. As I understand it, this is a separate carrier that also departs from bus stations (yes, stations have bus departure zones with separate exits and schedules). When booking, as stated, even if you selected a time and date, they might not be available. Our date was already inconvenient. But they offered to change it to another day, which we did. They responded quickly, but perhaps because of the translator, it was sometimes difficult to understand what was meant. I wouldn't say they were as friendly as we're used to. But I think we figured it out. Tickets are sent by email with the changed date and time after you've confirmed it with support.

Well organized, everything was on time. A good option for a first acquaintance with the city. It's convenient for getting around and seeing the sights. But if you're only here for one day, you can probably get off at one or two sights. The bus only runs until 5:00 a.m. We did three loops in one day and then took the blue route to Odaiba Island, where we walked around.
