Reviews: Mount Fuji Hakone Owakudani and Lake Yamanaka 1-day tour, with complimentary Owakudani cable car, optional small group pickup and drop-off

A good trip is closely related to the driver. Our driver was enthusiastic and attentive, introducing many scenic spots along the way and answering our questions about customs from time to time. He arranged the itinerary and time reasonably and explained the precautions for sightseeing in great detail.★

Great day to for our family to Mt Fuji. We were lucky to get a glimpse of Mt Fuji as the clouds cleared which is rare in July. Driver was on time, professional and helpful, car was clean. We requested baby seats and they were provided.★

I never regretted buying this tour; it was one of the best investments of the entire trip. I was lucky and Mount Fuji was visible 50% of the time, even though it was cloudy. The guide lent me his power bank multiple times 🥹 that was so sweet, thank you!★

Reviews: Solo friendly 1-day tour from Tokyo to Mount Fuji: outlet shopping, twin lakes sightseeing & Hikawa clock shop | optional 9-person group

The overall itinerary was well-planned. Although the weather wasn't great, with overcast skies throughout and us missing the chance to see Mount Fuji, which was a slight disappointment, I'm especially grateful to our tour leader, Mr. Chen. His service was meticulous and attentive, and his explanations were clear. My son unfortunately lost his AirPods at a service area, and I was extremely anxious. Thankfully, Mr. Chen kindly helped coordinate with various parties to help retrieve the earphones. Having a reliable tour leader to handle unexpected situations in a foreign country was very reassuring. Mr. Chen was responsible and dependable, and the experience was excellent. I would definitely choose him again and recommend him to everyone.★

Highly recommended. Unbeatable value for money.
The tour guide contacted us the day before, providing clear and helpful meeting information pictures. They even helped take photos, and their photography skills were superb.
No shopping stops throughout the trip, very flexible, perfect for those who want to see all the landmarks in one go.
Because if you really want to see Mt. Fuji, you need to book the bus and hotel in advance, but it can be frustrating if the weather is bad. This tour allows you to book a day in advance based on the weather forecast, ensuring a smooth and worry-free experience.
Great scenery, excellent management, and a great itinerary – five stars!★

Reviews: Tokyo: Fast & Furious Tokyo Drift III Experience
Guest User2026-10-12
The tour itself was fantastic. We ran into a bit of a snag organizationally. First, due to overbooking, they moved our check-in time from 5:00 PM to 11:00 PM, but that's okay, no big deal. Then, after talking to the tour manager, they blocked my WhatsApp. I texted them from another phone, but they were very slow in responding. In the end, we received information via SMS to my phone number that a car had arrived and was waiting for us. Organizationally, I have mixed feelings, overall.
