Mr Liu picked us up in the morning, he arrived early before 5:20AM. He dropped us in the Visitor center, and then the Aether tours team did a good job with virtual assistance. We had a problem when we watched the show, but it solved right away after they gave me more screenshots about the ticket. Thanks team, you all did a good job!★

This Lashi Lake horseback riding day trip was absolutely worth it!
Service: Upon arrival at the base, we were warmly greeted by staff. The horse-riding leader was incredibly professional and humorous, telling us Naxi stories along the way and even helping us take photos – we didn't need to worry about our poses at all.
Experience: The horseback riding trip lasted about an hour, along a genuine mountain path with ups and downs, giving it a real sense of adventure, not just a perfunctory loop. We stopped midway to admire the lake views, which were absolutely stunning!
Environment: The waters of Lashi Lake are incredibly blue, with distant snow-capped mountains appearing and disappearing in the mist – every snapshot is a masterpiece.
Summary: Although it was a group day trip, there was absolutely no forced spending, the price was reasonable, and the pace was very comfortable. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Lijiang who wants to experience horseback riding!★

We booked a private tour Snow Jade Mountain package and had a smooth, pleasant experience. The driver picked us up near our hotel and sent us to the location, then back again after. While there’s no physical tour guide, the WeChat support was excellent. There was a whole team assisting us (not just one person), and they were very responsive throughout.
At one point we got lost, but they guided us step-by-step on where to go, including which shuttle bus to take. It was very reassuring knowing help was always available. The driver was friendly and punctual too.
What we really appreciated was how the team kept checking in on us during the trip. Everything was arranged in advance — cable car tickets, Lijiang show, and Blue Moon Valley entrance etc so we didn’t have to worry about anything.
Highly recommend this for travellers who want privacy without a guide. My husband and I truly enjoyed the experience.★

Using the travel agency's dedicated vehicle was excellent.
The travel agency staff member, whose name is Xiao Yuan, was very kind. From the initial consultation before booking until the last day of the trip, he constantly checked via chat to ensure there were no issues with the tour. He also proactively provided necessary travel information, such as the weather, and was very helpful. The driver, Wu Xincai, was also very friendly and thoughtful, and we received great assistance throughout the trip. Although he seemed a bit introverted, he took good care of us throughout the entire duration. Even though he was a driver and not a guide, he tried his best to inform and assist us so that we wouldn't get lost, even though we were on an independent trip. He was very kind, and having him on board made the trip very smooth. I hope he continues to meet only good guests during his tenure.★

After payment, a wechat was formed informing us of our itinerary. Closer to the date, the driver was added and the pickup time was confirmed. I like it that there are always someone around if we needed answers. On the actual day, pickup was on schedule and the driver was very friendly. When requested to change the dropoff to another location after all the activities ended, the driver was also obliging. We appreciated the smooth run of the whole trip. Thanks!★

AETHER Tours got us pretty well covered for a trip up and around Yulong Snow Mountain in Yunnan. Guidance and QR codes for all the transport options were sent via WeChat, and the AETHER team checked in throughout the day to make sure we were able to stay on schedule. A couple of locations were a little harder to navigate without better Mandarin skills, and there was a little confusion regarding tickets on the return trip, but all was resolved, and didn't take away from an otherwise lovely day.
