Mount Gongga is located on the eastern edge of the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau, in the middle section of the Great Snow Mountain in the Hengduan Mountains, between the Dadu River and the Yalong River. "Mount Gongga" means "the highest snow mountain" in Tibetan. The main peak is about 7,556 meters above sea level. The peak platform is covered with ice and snow all year round. It is one of the most unique glacier wonders in my country. The valleys and slopes below the snow line are covered with dense virgin forests. Surrounded by forests and clear lakes, it always maintains its original and beautiful natural scenery. With Mount Gongga as the center, there are scenic spots such as Hailuogou, Yanzigou, Mugecuo, Gongga Temple, Wuxuhai, and Gongga South Slope. This is a famous mountain that is very popular with mountaineering enthusiasts. Whether hiking or cycling, you will find inner peace in this holy mountain.
