"Beijing National Stadium so called "Bird's Nest" was perfectly beautiful with sophisticated and unique structures. What a wonderful and special design."
Highlights: The Bird's Nest is officially called National Stadium. It is located on the northern part of Beijing. In 2008 it hosted the Beijing Olympics. Due to its magnificent architecture and the international competitions that are regularly hosted there, it has become a famous landmark in recent years. The exterior of the Bird's Nest is made up of intersecting steel sections that look like branches forming a huge nest. The unique shape of the stadium is truly stunning. The Olympic cauldron, shaped like a torch and originally mounted on top of the Bird's Nest, has been moved to the Torch Square northeast of the stadium. It is still visible from the outside of the stadium. Nearly 100,000 spectator seats fill the interior of the Bird's Nest. Their bright red color is magnificent.

"I was impressed to see inside. could feel that how amazing it would have been if I could have watched Olympic there. just 30 Yuen to get inside."
Highlights: The Water Cube (National Aquatics Center) is located to the north of downtown Beijing. It was the 2008 Beijing Olympics water sports venue. This strange yet magnificent building is composed of over 3,000 irregularly shaped giant bubbles, which, from afar, looks like a giant water molecule. If you want to cool off while in Beijing, the swimming pool and leisure park on the first floor are sure to fill your heart's desires. Furthermore, the brilliant show of lights at night makes it a great place for night photography.

There are many Olympic quality sports facilities to discover, like the Birds Nest (National Stadium), the Water Cube (National Aquatics Center) and Olympic Forest Park. "1) Living near the Bird's Nest, the biggest benefit is that there is a place to walk, so the world-renowned attractions have become our "back garden" good place! Before 2008, Beijing's Bird's Nest was still a wasteland. There was almost no road here. People came here to pass by. The terrain was uneven. Only a temple "Niangniang Temple" can be called the Beiding Niangniang Temple. This place used to be very desolate. In the 1960s, I went to school at Beijing Aviation School in the dumpling pit not far from here. In order to find a quiet place to review my homework, I often went to the Beiding Niangniang Temple to read books. There were barren cemeteries around. No one came to disturb, so for me, it was also a kind of memory."
Highlights: The National Gymnasium is adjacent to the "Water Cube" and the National Convention Center. Due to the different requirements for space height between competition venues and venues, the National Gymnasium is inspired by the Chinese "folding fan" and adopts a wavy shape from south to north, with a light and dynamic roof. This wave shape also subtly connects the corresponding flat-top shape "Water Cube" in the north and south and the National Convention Center with a single-curved surface shape, so that the urban landscape in the Olympic Park can be harmonized and unified. The steel roof truss of the National Stadium is 144 meters long from north to south and 114 meters wide from east to west. The entire steel roof truss project of the gymnasium consists of 14 trusses. The shape of the steel roof truss is a fan-shaped wave curve.

"The Capital Stadium was built in 1968 and is a comprehensive and multi-functional gymnasium. It is one of the important sports and cultural activities in Beijing. I played badminton here, watched concerts, and played rock climbing."
Highlights: The Capital Gymnasium is located on Baishiqiao Road and is a public institution directly under the State Sports General Administration in Beijing. The infrastructure in the Capital Gymnasium was rebuilt with reference to international standards. The roof is covered with colored steel plates with a span of 60 meters, and the light illuminance reaches 2000Lx (the international standard is 1500Lx). On both sides of the venue, two large color screens of 100 square meters are particularly eye-catching, with 6,900 beam spots per square meter to make the image restoration effect clearer. The stadium has one competition hall, three practice halls and six spectator lounges. The competition field of the competition hall is 88 meters long and 40 meters wide. The floor in the competition field can be moved and removed, and after the water is frozen, ice skating, ice hockey, figure skating and other ice sports competitions can be held.
