Strong winds also keep Tianchi (Heavenly Lake) closed. In fact, Tianchi is closed year-round. If you want to see Tianchi, I suggest coming in September or October. The chances of seeing it are much higher then. Luckily, it was open today... but only half open. You could only see two spots; the smaller Tianchi was completely frozen. Not much to see.
