D了个YI came to Iceland to see ice. In this country whose name contains a chill, I finally experienced it after I came to Vatnajökull National Park. To be honest, the scene in front of me was really shocking. For a kid from the south of the Yangtze River who has not even been to the north, everything in front of me was a bit too dreamy. The huge glacier was endless. The surface was a bit gray, but in the distance, the sea and sky were blue. For the first time, I felt that the color of ice and snow was actually pretty. Since I came all the way here, it is essential to experience ice. Put on equipment, or go on the ice for a short walk, or put on cold-proof clothes, take a speedboat and stroll around the lake. They are all excellent experiences. There are many options in the visitor center. Choose one and experience it. It will definitely be worth the trip.

Let anGeoSea in Húsavík is a stunning geothermal sea bath with infinity pools overlooking Skjálfandi Bay, often perfect for whale-spotting. We didn’t see any though)) The water is naturally heated to a soothing 38–39 °C, and the modern facilities include a swim-up bar and clean changing areas. Might probably be crowded at peak times, private showers are limited, but we were before noon time and had ot for ourselves for most of the time) the serene atmosphere and breathtaking views make it a standout experience. well worth it compared to other Icelandic hot springs. A must-visit spot in Húsavík for relaxation, nature, and unforgettable coastal scenery. We loved it 😊
