Early December saw very little snow, significantly diminishing the beauty of Jingyuetan and making it seem rather ordinary. It also got dark quickly, around 4:30 PM, further reducing the scenic appeal. The park's public transportation wasn't as crowded as some summer visitors had reported, making it very convenient, and the drivers were all very friendly and helpful. I recommend that visitors who want to see the beautiful scenery wait until late December for better value.
Very good choice. ...

Changchun Ice and Snow World is worth visiting! The ice sculptures are super stunning, and the various shapes are so beautiful under the lights that you can't speak, like walking into a fairy tale world. The 1,000-meter snow slide is exciting and fun. Although I had to wait in line for a while, it was totally worth it. There are many warm rooms in the park, and you can go in to warm up at any time when it's cold. There are also hot drinks and snacks, and the price is reasonable. The staff is very enthusiastic and patiently guides when asking for directions. The overall experience is great, the ticket price is very high, and it's super fun to play for a day. I recommend everyone to come and experience this ice and snow happiness!
I went there as soon as the winter vacation started. I was not in the right place. The big slide was for adults and the small slide was for children. My daughter played the small slide 8 times without waiting in line. It was much more cost-effective than Harbin.

Not far from the east gate is the red panda enclosure, which is indoors. The red pandas are incredibly cute! Around 2 PM, the keepers will give the pandas a snack. You can observe them eating up close!
Superb! The emotional value of seeing the Snow Cracker Monkey from Shanxi was off the charts! Beautiful Changchun, I'll definitely come again next time! The only regret is that I didn't get an autographed photo because I didn't buy the ticket through Douyin.

We went to see the giant pandas, but everyone was asleep at noon. You can only enter the Giant Panda Pavilion once. The Siberian tigers and giant pandas are worth seeing, but the rest is just okay. You have to pay a separate fee to take the tour bus around the park. Jingyuetan Lake is located at the north gate, so if you want to go there, you need to pay a fee to visit it.
The Siberian Tiger Park has many tigers, pandas, black bears, and various birds. There are also regular equestrian and acrobatic performances. You can buy a sightseeing bus ticket to take it back and forth, which saves time and effort. Parking is free at the door. It's quite good.

As a tram enthusiast, I booked this tour a day in advance, partly to experience the nostalgic tram ride and partly to visit the tram factory and museum. However, an hour before departure, I received a call from the guide saying that the tram I wanted to ride on had too few participants and wouldn't be running, so they upgraded me to the most luxurious tram. That tram was indeed more luxurious than the one I wanted, and it even had a singer performing. But that was more suitable for young people to take photos, while I was interested in the tram itself, focusing more on the technical aspects. The last time I came to Changchun and took the No. 54 tram was 18 years ago, before Changchun developed its tram system into a cultural tourism product, and I also couldn't go inside the tram factory. After explaining my situation to the guide, Liu Wei actively coordinated for me, and finally, within my last day in Changchun, my wish to go inside the tram factory was fulfilled. I was the only one in the group; it was VIP treatment! In the tram factory's museum (exhibition room), I learned about the history and current status of Changchun trams. I also learned for the first time that during the Japanese occupation, one of Changchun's tram lines was used for transporting coal! Although the workshop and depot are not as large as the Xiaopingdao Depot of Dalian's Route 202, it is still worth a visit as Changchun's only tram factory.
Changchun Tram Line 54, first opened in 1941, has been in operation for over 80 years and has undergone several reforms. Even in the 1990s, many people still preferred this tram because it avoided traffic jams. Despite major changes in public transportation, the route was extended and altered, but this line was preserved due to practical needs. In 1996, it became the only remaining tram line in Changchun. In 2000, Line 54 underwent further reforms, and in 2017, antique-style trams were put into operation, initiating a cultural and tourism integration model. In recent years, the filming of the TV series "The World" has brought Line 54 back into the spotlight, adding new cultural and tourism elements. It was designated a National Industrial Heritage Site in 2025. The "sweep-only, no transport" landscape along the tracks is a unique form of maintenance. Basic Information: Starting Station: Changying Station (opposite the former Changying Film Studio). Terminal Station: Xi'an Road Station. Transportation: Take Line 3 from Changchun Railway Station to Huxiqiao Station, then walk for 20 minutes. Nearby attractions: Former site of Changchun Film Studio, "This Mountain" (commercial complex) Types of Tram Route 54: Type 1: Green retro tram (free, not in operation). The tram stops at the entrance of the "This Mountain" commercial complex, marked with "G54 Free Visit to the Antique Tram". Note that this is for free viewing and photo opportunities only; it does not operate. Type 2: Operating tram. 2 yuan, same as public buses, pay by scanning a code. Red and white trams run every 3-5 minutes, the entire journey takes 1 hour. Type 3: Cultural tourism series tram. Day ticket: 88 yuan, 9:00-17:00; Night ticket: 118 yuan, 17:00-21:00. Advance booking is required. It does not depart on a walk-in basis; there are fixed departure times. The round trip, including the visit, takes approximately 1.5 hours. Customer service will contact passengers who have booked tickets in advance to select the tram time. A complimentary cup of coffee or milk tea is provided on board. There is a guided tour. At the terminal station, you can visit an exhibition hall and the former tram repair workshop before returning along the same route. On the return trip, you can buy cultural and creative products. Lei Jiayin's seat was the second one on the right when he boarded. The cultural and tourism trains are also divided into several series. Some trains are decorated with retro themes, some are decorated with cute pink tiger designs, and some even have live performances, which are quite characteristic of Changchun.

The teacher's explanation was very detailed and vivid, and he turned each exhibition into a historical story. The children listened very carefully, especially the part about the Northeast Allied Anti-Japanese War Memorial Hall. I was moved to tears several times. It was a great museum explanation experience.
I really visited it carefully from top to bottom, but I personally feel that there are relatively few contents to visit for a provincial museum. There is no intuitive and attractive content, and the precious collections or historical details are single. However, some contents, such as the Khitan octagonal bronze mirror, the display of the history of the revolutionary struggle of the people of Jilin, and the display of the history of the Northeast Anti-Japanese Allied Forces, are still very good! You can understand culture and history! It's just my personal opinion!

I wasn't expecting much from this downtown aquarium, but the price was reasonable, so I figured I might as well check it out since I was already there. Wow, it was pretty good! There were sharks, all sorts of fish, jellyfish, and a lot of other small animals. It was a pleasant surprise and worth the 80 yuan ticket. The sea lion and mermaid shows were also good. You need to go early for the sea lion show, though it's only 10 minutes long. You can take photos with two sea lions after their performance, and the price is reasonable at 50 yuan per photo. The sea lions are quite cute and big. The mermaid show was even more interesting, with performances, a host, and interaction with the audience – very good. About 3 hours is enough time to enjoy it.
During summer vacation in Changchun, my kids love seeing marine life. This aquarium has a wide variety of marine animals. They loved feeding the penguins and sea turtles. The sea lion show and the performance by the Dragon King of the East China Sea were both fantastic.

Car enthusiasts were overjoyed. It had the feel of a typical old state-owned enterprise – a large, established company with many iconic cars. The tour guide, who also seemed to work for the government, was very approachable, didn't try to sell anything, answered all questions without being pushy.
The visit to the Hongqi factory and exhibition hall was truly impressive! I gained a deep understanding of the history and modern production line of Hongqi, the national car brand, which instilled a strong sense of national pride. The guided tour was professional, making it an absolute must-see during any trip to Changchun. It's a pity we couldn't take photos; we should be more confident, dare to stay ahead, and not be afraid of being copied.

Unable to find a direct shuttle bus to the ski resort, the money saved from buying ski passes ended up being spent on a taxi. The beginner slopes at Miaoxiang Mountain are more exciting than those at other ski resorts, with continuous downhill sections, making them more difficult than the beginner slopes at ordinary ski resorts.
A very convenient ski resort. The ski ticket is very cost-effective. There are a few rooms upstairs that can be stayed in. Wake up every morning to see the first ray of sunshine and ski the first round of snow. 20 minutes from the airport. The coach is very enthusiastic. Will take the initiative to help with luggage. No matter how late you arrive, there will be staff waiting!
