I was drawn to Hengdian World Studios after seeing a discounted off-season ticket for five major attractions online. It was great value for money, and the off-season meant I could avoid the crowds. It was definitely worth the trip, as I could visit and take photos at my own pace at each attraction.

Transportation

- External transportation: You can take a plane to Yiwu Airport first, then take a taxi to Hengdian, which takes about 1 hour; you can also take the high-speed rail to Yiwu Station, then transfer to the light rail to Ming and Qing Palace Station, and then take a taxi to the scenic spot.

- Internal transportation: The scenic spots are relatively scattered, you can choose to take a taxi, or take the shuttle bus inside the scenic spot.

You can check in at places such as Dasongfang, Fanlou, Hongqiao, and Huxinting. It is recommended to watch the large-scale performance of A Dream in Bianliang.  
- Palace Garden of Ming and Qing Dynasties: Built in a 1:1 ratio according to the Forbidden City, it is the filming location for dramas such as The Legend of Zhen Huan and Startling by Each Step. It is suitable for taking photos and watching programs such as the Eight Banners Horse Fight and Forbidden City Ceremony.

The Lu Residence is a private mansion built by the Lu family of Yaxi, Dongyang, from the Ming Dynasty to the Qing Dynasty. It is one of the few well-preserved ancient Ming and Qing architectural complexes in Jiangnan, and is known as "the Forbidden City in the north and Suyong Hall in the south (the main hall of the Lu Residence is called Suyong Hall)". It is decorated with Dongyang wood carving craftsmanship and integrates architecture, wood carving and feng shui. The large lantern of Suyong Hall is selected as a Guinness World Record. Many films and TV series have been filmed here. It is very suitable for quiet exploration and appreciating the charm that transcends the past and present.

The house is indeed very large. Having seen so many ancient houses, this is definitely the largest house I have seen in the Jiangnan region so far. Moreover, it is very well constructed, and the rooms on both sides are also quite large. The ticket price is well worth it, and it is definitely worth a visit!

The tour guide can take you less than an hour to see the old house, and the ticket price is 65 yuan, which is really not cost-effective. The Lu house has inherited hundreds of years of cultural heritage, such as family precepts, family rules and other documents, but they are not on display.

Dongyang Luzhai Scenic Area is located in Luzhai Street, Dongyang City, Jinhua City, Zhejiang Province. It was built by the local Lu family from the seventh year of Jingtai in the Ming Dynasty (1456) to the sixth year of Tianshun (1462). It was continuously rebuilt afterwards to form a large-scale residential complex. Luzhai displays exquisite wood carving art from different periods. It is also the filming location for movies and TV series such as &quot;The Barber&quot; and is a national key cultural relic protection unit.

But after the visit, I found it very worthwhile. It is very large and has a variety of uses. The living room, bedroom, kitchen, bathroom and so on are separated by one house, and there are several bedrooms. There are also many old furniture, those exquisite pattern carving, especially the wood carving on the beam is very beautiful, it is worth visiting. Don&#39;t miss it if you like ancient buildings.
