Nice place for beginners to learn how to ski although there is no snow. The service is great and everything is guided and covered end to end. There are many slopes for different levels and coach to guide beginners how to ski. Will be nice to come back in February when it is snowing.
There are many ski slopes with good quality. The snow texture is very good in the morning. In the afternoon, the sun is out and the temperature is high, so the experience is not as good as in the morning. The canteen has reasonable supplies and the rest area has a good view. Some people smoke in the dining area and there are many cigarette butts on the ground near the service center.

Wanlong is also renowned in northern China. Its abundant number of slopes, impressive lengths and elevation differences, and impressive snow quality have made it a synonym for professional skiing. The resort is large, the cable cars are fast, and the crowds are quite high. It's suitable for beginners and above, with a wide selection of restaurants and comprehensive facilities. The only drawback is the high prices.
Amazing ski resort. Snow was kept in fantastic condition (considering it was 15c while we were skiing)

Zhangjiakou Thaiwoo Town has received widespread praise from tourists for its abundant skiing resources, comprehensive facilities, and unique resort atmosphere. Here are some common reviews and impressions: - Excellent Skiing Experience: Thaiwoo Town is the highest altitude and steepest ski resort in Chongli. Its slopes are ingeniously and evenly laid out, offering beginner, intermediate, and advanced runs to meet the needs of skiers of all levels. The slopes are wide and of suitable length, and the snow quality is highly praised. In addition, the "One Step Park" provides a dedicated route for skiers, featuring jumps, equipment areas, and a "mushroom area," adding to the fun of skiing. - Comprehensive Facilities: The town has 9 hotels, complete with snow-view hot springs, a cinema, cafes, a library, and 10 bars. It also boasts a 40,000-square-meter "Little Donkey Park," offering 18 snow and ice activities and childcare services, making it a popular choice for family entertainment.
The view is beautiful. Cost is very reasonable. I took rental car which took only 3 hours from Beijing. I stayed at Benlia hotel which I strongly recommend. The hotel is one of the best hotel I have ever stayed in term of service, cost, location. Only downside is I should have plan to stay more.

My first time skiing was at Jundushan Ski Resort. Overall, it was great value for money and thrilling. The only downside was that the slopes weren't long enough, so I didn't get to enjoy it as much as I wanted.
Several ski slopes are clearly defined, and the No. 3 intermediate slope is long and suitable. It is close to the city and convenient. The problem is that several slopes are steep at the beginning, which is not conducive to starting. The famous Qiye Road is basically a slow way down. It is estimated that the real masters have gone to Chongli.

Come on New Year's Day and take a picture of the Yuan egg on the top of the mountain. The 9 advanced trails are skiable enough. I recommend Dandelion and Wild Rose, which have long snow trails. There are few people on the cable car No. 6, and it is just right to get on the cable car when you get down from Wild Rose. All the facilities are good, but the food is a bit poor.
Yunding Water Village consists of four sections: Chaoyang Lake (7.5 km waterway), Baiyun Flower Street (egret habitat), Dream Forest Park (200 acres of super large park), Yunding Yisu (high-end holiday home), located in Chaoyang Lake Town, with extremely high negative oxygen ion content. You can visit the lake, see the mountains along the coast, the clear waters of the lake, and the egrets flying around, which is a beautiful picture like a poetic painting. Happy time, grassland tribe, farming study, cute pet adventure, dream theater, sika deer restaurant, Jiuqu flower sea... Explore the wonderful kingdom of the forest and create a high-quality parent-child companion holiday gathering place. This place is the venue for the annual "China Tea Picking Festival" and the must-visit place for the "Chengdu Rural Food Festival". It is known as the "No. 1 Green Tea Township in China". There are a lot of dew, heavy fog, high humidity, lush forests, which are very conducive to the formation of chlorophyll and aromatic substances. At the top of the ridge, where the clouds rise, with the concept of integrating art and nature, let the tired soul get a precious rest opportunity and find a long-lost sense of belonging. Build a holiday destination with one theme for one night and one experience for one night. Muyungui, Wuyou, clouds, cliffs, shells, bird's nests, Huabanli... Each building is unique. The tourism ecological chain of "eating, living, traveling, shopping and entertainment" cultivates new scenes and new formats such as cultural and creative experience, organic life, lakeside vacation, and Internet celebrity check-in spots. It is a unique new scene of beautiful life service that can be entered, participated, appreciated, experienced and consumed by "all-age" citizens and tourists "all the time", and builds a spiritual home for people who love life. Pujiang, less than 60 kilometers away from Chengdu, between mountains and lakes, deep in the white clouds, has a comprehensive tourist resort integrating natural humanities, art trends, and cute pets in the park. It can be called a holy place for summer vacation and strolling with children-Yunding Water Village. With the arrival of summer vacation, many people's demand for scenic spots has been condensed from a full A4 paper in spring to two sentences in midsummer: playing in the water and taking care of children. Yunding Water Village can satisfy you when you enter the resort. What is coming is the Chaoyang Lake Scenic Area with a water area of more than 800,000 square meters. There are 4 islands, 28 bends and 108 peaks in the 7.5-kilometer-long lake. Boarding a boat and sailing through the winding waterways is like sailing into the embrace of nature, with a cool and pleasant breeze on the water.

This is a good ski resort with a decent selection of runs suitable for all levels of skier. The queues for the lifts get a bit too long and you can end up waiting a long time to get up the mountain which is frustrating. I also got a bit frustrated with having to scan QR codes on the ticker to register my face for the entry gate, as it wouldn't work with a foreign name. I've got my ticket - just let me in already!
Fulong Ski Resort is the ski resort I have visited the most this year. It is actually very suitable for beginners to learn skiing. It has many tracks that are not difficult, and there is also a slightly shaky slope coming down from the top of the mountain.

Pure skiing is good value for money, much cheaper than the Yangtze River Delta, and the outdoor ski resort is more comfortable. The equipment is the same, and it’s a waste to put on the equipment without a coach to help. It’s better to hire a coach for the first time skiing. It costs 260 per hour. Basically, you can learn to brake. You can go to the entry area and slide down slowly. It’s okay to fall twice more. The coach is quite responsible. The children learned to brake and turn. 4 hours is not enough, and I’m in the pit. Returning the equipment is also tiring. It’s a sin to take one more step. It’s recommended to make the process of returning the equipment easier. The snow is good. I have completed a new experience in life before the age of 40.
The night lighting is good, there are not many people skiing, the ski trails are many and spacious, and it is very friendly to beginners. The ski coaches and ski service staff are very nice. Catering is provided. There are convenience stores and outdoor equipment stores, which are very convenient. Will you come again next time?

Very good, each play time is quite long, and there are few people and no queues, very enjoyable, children like it very much. The venue is large, suitable for 4-year-old children to play, recommended to play
The beginner experience is great. It's a great place to take your kids for a walk in a resort hotel! We hired a coach for the kids. Coach No. 21 was very cute and patient. My sister didn't want to ski at first, but she gradually fell in love with it under her guidance. Thanks for taking a group photo for our family at the end. Thank you for your hard work.

As the closest high-standard ski resort to downtown Beijing, Xishan Ski Resort deserves to be called "the ski resort at the doorstep". Even on weekdays, many skiers are galloping down the ski slopes, showing off their skills. The snowmaking area of the ski resort is 130,000 square meters, with a maximum drop of 121.5 meters. There are 7 ski slopes in total, including: 2 beginner ski slopes, 2 beginner slopes, 2 intermediate slopes, and 1 advanced slope, with a total length of 2,089 meters (including the intermediate slope B2, which is nearly 1,000 meters long). Multiple ski slopes can provide a full range of skiing experiences for skiers of different levels. In addition to convenient transportation, Xishan Ski Resort has several other features that are particularly suitable for beginners: First, it is close to the city and the temperature is slightly higher, so the snow is fluffy and not very "icy". Second, the slope of the ski resort is gentle, completely flat, without a slope, and easy to practice. In addition, half of the coaches and assistants at the ski resort are college students majoring in ice and snow sports. They have relatively high professional skills and cultural literacy, are responsible and good at communicating with students. Whether you are a novice or a skier with advanced needs, you can get personalized skiing guidance services at the "skiing school" of Xishan Ski Resort - V·SKI Mountain College. V·SKI Mountain College has more than 100 instructors, all of whom hold the Chinese Skiing Instructor Professional Qualification Certificate. They are composed of retired provincial and national skiing athletes, social skiing instructor trainers, assessors, and referees.
Beijing Xishan Ski Resort is located in the Sixth Ring Road of Haidian District, Wenquan Town, Wenquan Ice and Snow Sports Park. It is only 15 kilometers away from Zhongguancun and 2 kilometers away from Wenyang Road Subway Station. The transportation is convenient. The ski slope area of the ski resort is 130,000 square meters, with a maximum drop of 121.5 meters. There are 7 ski slopes in total, including 2 beginner slopes, 2 elementary slopes, 2 intermediate slopes, and 1 advanced slope. Among them, the intermediate slope No. 4 of the ski resort is nearly 1,000 meters long.

Family! Maqishan Ski Resort is really fun! I, a skiing white, went to experience the primary road. I was tired and happy for 3 hours. The price of the ski resort was super cost-effective. The 3-hour primary road ticket was not expensive and worth the money. It is very convenient to take the subway from the city to the airport and take a taxi. The middle and high-end roads in the snow field look super exciting, super envious of those big gods! By the way, remember to rent protective equipment outside in advance, and there are few expensive styles in the snow field. Hohhot people are also super enthusiastic, come back next time!
Conclusion first: exceeded expectations Advantages: 1. The quality of the ski slopes is high, the slopes are set reasonably, the ticket price is cheap, and the skiing is very enjoyable both during the day and at night. I think this advantage alone is worth it 2. There are many types of restaurants and meals, and meals are super cheap, so you can eat well and be full 3. The ski resort song list is a must 4. The coaching fee is cheap There are also disadvantages: 1. The parking lot looks big, but it is not big enough in reality. It is almost full at 9:30. If you go late, you will probably park far away 2. It doesn’t matter for novices, but those with a certain foundation are recommended to rent snowboards outside. The ski resort’s boards will fall off when you pull them out of the snow 3. The gates on the cable car occasionally blew
