It's really clean! There are many shops along the street, and it's more crowded at night than during the day. Although the scenery is rather monotonous and not particularly different from other Jiangnan water towns, the more unique features are probably the light and shadow effects at Lingshui Residence, the Wuzhen Theatre Festival, and its role as a filming location for "Back to Field." Prices for various items within the scenic area are a bit high. Parking fees are reasonable for up to 6 hours.
Wuzhen has beautiful scenery and is well-managed, especially its commercial areas, which are thriving with numerous cafes, yogurt shops, and rest areas. However, I have three complaints. First, the 190 RMB ticket only covers two areas, allowing only one entry and exit. So, if you want to see the night view, you're basically stuck inside. Second, the long walk in and out of the scenic areas is a common problem across China, wasting your energy. Third, the 190 RMB price is far too expensive.

There are actually many unfinished areas inside Puyuan. Frankly, it's basically just paying a ticket to see the ginkgo tree and the morning scenery.
You get free coins with your ticket, but you don't actually spend a single coin – hilarious!
The sense of participation isn't great either. The NPCs aren't even there during the day, it's really empty. There's not much good food inside either. It's okay for a quick stroll, but not worth making a special trip for.
This ancient town offers exceptional value for money. While it's not as crowded as Zhouzhuang or Wuzhen, the scenery is just as stunning, and transportation is very convenient. It's a great place for taking photos. For guests staying overnight in the ancient town, a one-on-one travel concierge service is provided. The hostess, Xiaoyinxingwanwan, is incredibly enthusiastic and attentive to every detail.
