Similan is known as one of the ten most beautiful islands in the world. It is open only half a year a year. When we went there, it happened to be during this time, so we decided to come here to have a look. We booked a one-day tour of Similan on the website in advance. There will be a special car to pick up the hotel in the morning, and we will drive to the pier. Patong is very far from the pier, and the boat from the pier to Similan is also very far, and it takes an hour each. You can have a simple meal at the pier and leave your shoes, because you can't wear shoes in Similan. Shoes must be left at the pier. You can wear beach shoes, buy them in advance. When I came to Similan, I knew that the beach could be so beautiful. The sea is very blue and the beach is very white, which is much better than the beaches in Phuket. The blue sea water looks very clear from a distance. There are several islands in Similan. We first came to the largest island. There is also a small hill on this island. You can climb up to see it. There are also big lizards. I have only seen them in the zoo before, but I didn't dare to touch them. Then I came to other islands. The meaning is similar. They all look pure and natural, but I don't recommend staying there. The conditions are still a bit poor. We snorkeled a few times and drank a few mouthfuls of sea water. It was too salty. The tour guide arranged by the travel agency was pretty good and responsible. The fried noodles we had after returning tasted good. Then it took another hour to drive back to the hotel. It was dark when we got back.

We signed up for a local one-day tour. We were picked up at the hotel at about 8:30 in the morning and sent back to the hotel at about 5 pm. In the morning, we were sent to the pier and divided into groups according to the different routes we wanted to go. We put a bracelet of different colors on our hands, and then a guy would lead us to the small yacht. We chose the tour route of Cliff Bay, which included 007 Bond Island. The itinerary is basically to take a yacht to an island, go up and take a look, then continue to take a yacht, get off and go to another island, go up and take a look, and when you get to the last island, you can play on the beach and swim. To be honest, I personally feel that this route is not as good as Phi Phi Island. Bond Island is the filming location of 007, and its reputation is greater than its substance.
