Visiting the wildlife park in winter was a bit chilly, and the animals and crowds weren't as lively as in summer, making it feel somewhat deserted. However, aside from that, the experience was still very good. Taking the bus, the mini-train, the animal cage vehicle, the electric cart, or the shuttle bus was all very convenient, with no queues. Interacting with the animals was also easy. I think it's definitely worth a visit.

Spent a whole day getting lost in 只有红楼梦 and there is still so much more to be uncovered. I only managed to watch 6 out of 21 performances (back to back shows are impossible as the place is HUGE), but there are some really good ones like 《四合院》 which explores the tension between old Beijing residents and newcomers from other cities (likened to 刘姥姥进大观园), and 《二商店》 which is set in the 1970s featuring an endearing character very much like 贾宝玉. The design of the entire complex is a work of art and I have not been to anywhere that is more immersive than this. Beyond being a feast to the eyes, I love how elements of 《红楼梦》 are thoughtfully and creatively reinterpreted in each space, blurring reality and illusion. It truly felt like a dream.

Beijing World Park: A Magical Journey Through Miniature Worlds – Is it Worth a Visit? As someone who's always dreamed of traveling the world but was always limited by time and budget, I finally checked out Beijing World Park last weekend. What's it like to experience this theme park that claims to offer a "one-day world tour"? Let me take you on a tour. Overall Rating: ⭐⭐⭐☆ (3.5 stars, worth a try). 🏛️ Highlights: A Condensed Collection of World Wonders The park's most attractive feature is undoubtedly its more than 100 miniature replicas of world-famous landmarks. Entering from the Italian Terrace Garden, you can "travel" across five continents in just a few hours along a meticulously designed route. Impressive Attractions: • The Eiffel Tower, though a miniature version, boasts a stunning nighttime light show; the seven changing colors are irresistible for photos. • The pyramid complex and Sphinx area are beautifully designed to resemble a desert landscape; with the right angle, they can be incredibly lifelike. • The Taj Mahal's reflection in the sunset is breathtaking, and the white marble is remarkably well-reproduced. These miniature landscapes are mostly built to a 1:10 scale, with meticulous attention to detail. For tourists who can't immediately travel abroad to see the real structures, this is a great alternative experience. 🎭 Performances and Activities: Evening Shows are More Exciting I highly recommend visiting in the afternoon, as the evening experience is significantly better than the daytime one. Must-see performances: • Eiffel Tower Light Show (starts at 7:00 PM): The tower changes color periodically, creating a romantic atmosphere. • Intangible Cultural Heritage Iron Flower Show (8:00 PM): 1600℃ molten iron is poured into the sky, creating a dazzling meteor shower effect – definitely worth the ticket price! • Folk Dance Performance: Performed in an art theater, the actors are dedicated, and the costumes are exquisite. ⚠️ Drawbacks: Expectations should be reasonable. Of course, the park also has its limitations: Drawbacks: • Some facilities are somewhat outdated: Some miniature buildings require maintenance; issues include peeling paint and overly dense vegetation obstructing the view. • Limited interactive experiences: Most attractions are only for viewing, lacking immersive experiences. • Average dining options: Although there are several restaurants and snack stalls, the taste and value are average; it is recommended to bring your own snacks. 💡 Practical Suggestions Best way to visit: Entering the park after 4:30 PM is ideal – allowing you to enjoy both daytime and nighttime views while avoiding the midday sun and peak crowds. Suitable for: Families with children (kids will be fascinated by the miniature world) Photography enthusiasts (can take creative photos from the right angles) Visitors looking for a basic understanding of world landmarks Locals seeking a relaxing half-day trip Not suitable for: Visitors seeking thrilling rides Perfectionists with extremely high standards for the detail of the attractions. 📝 Overall Review: While World Park may not have the grandeur of the Forbidden City or the Great Wall, it offers a unique value – appreciating the essence of world civilization within a limited time and space. As a long-established theme park in Beijing, it holds many childhood memories for many. Advantages: Unique concept, convenient transportation, exciting nighttime attractions, great for taking photos. Disadvantages: Some facilities are outdated, limited interactivity, average food.

With nothing to do this weekend, I decided to check out a car museum near my home. It has everything from classic cars and new cars to futuristic models, including both Chinese and foreign vehicles. There are also some interactive exhibits, mainly for children. It's perfect for a family trip.

Universal Studio Beijing is a nice and fun place to bring the kids. We went on a weekday but it’s still quite crowded. The rides were fun but the food is quite pricey. A chicken leg can cost 80rmb. The food is nice , some restaurants have to wait 75 mins..There were many nice shows to watch. We didn’t bought the express tickets cause we bought tickets for two days. Some rides took about 1 hours while some only 15 mins. The kung fu panda area is very unique and nice.

Although it was built as an antique-style garden for the filming of the 1987 TV series "Dream of the Red Chamber", forty years later, with the filter of the classic TV series and the garden's own aesthetic appeal, visiting the garden is still quite interesting.

The museum isn't very large, but its collection is extensive and comprehensive, covering a long period of history. It's richly illustrated with text and images, and offers many interactive experiences. Children especially love the dinosaur specimens and models. It's a great place to bring kids on weekends to broaden their horizons.

It was fantastic, and the tickets were reasonably priced, making it a great value. The immersive performance was very engaging, and the children wanted to listen and participate. They learned a lot about history without even realizing it. The actors in the immersive performance were fantastic, their voices were expressive, and they were incredibly engaging!
