Anonymous userAbsolutely fantastic, a must-do activity! The panoramic view of the Yangtze and Jialing Rivers in Chongqing at night is breathtaking! The only downside was that the three of us didn't know how to get to the pier to board the boat. Because of time constraints, we were forced to pay an extra 60 yuan for directions! Actually, we later learned that the pier was right outside the first floor of Hongyadong! Don't be silly and not know this!

D79***29I departed Baidi City amidst colorful clouds at dawn, A thousand miles to Jiangling in a single day. The cries of monkeys on both banks never ceased, My light boat had already passed countless mountains. Baidi City boasts beautiful scenery, and the overall hiking difficulty is not high. The occasional orange grove added a touch of charm.

过风92💖This time in Chongqing, I chose the Chongqing Millennium Smart View Hotel (Jiefangbei-Hongyadong Branch), and the experience was fantastic! I had to share it with you all! 📍 Hotel Location: The hotel is located in the heart of Jiefangbei, within the New Chongqing Apartment complex. Xiaoshizi subway station is downstairs, and it's also very close to the Yangtze River Cableway, just a few minutes' walk from Jiefangbei. Getting to Hongyadong is even more convenient, about an 8-minute walk. 🏨 Hotel Facilities: The hotel rooms are spacious, featuring a sophisticated minimalist design. Floor-to-ceiling windows offer unbeatable views, and every room is a river-view room. You can enjoy the beautiful scenery of the confluence of the two rivers from your bed, and at night you can see the dazzling night view of Hongyadong. For an even wider view, you can go to the hotel's 6th or 7th floor observation deck to overlook most of Chongqing. The rooms are equipped with smart home devices, and some room types have projectors, perfect for relaxation. 🌃 Hongyadong: Hongyadong is a short walk from the hotel. At night, Hongyadong is brightly lit, resembling a fairytale world. Here are a few recommended photo spots: First, the Qianximen Bridge offers panoramic views of Hongyadong and its reflection in the Jialing River; second, across the street from the first floor of Hongyadong, use your phone's live photo mode with Hongyadong as a backdrop for a cyberpunk-style shot; third, the city night view observation deck on the 11th floor of Hongyadong provides a breathtaking view of the alleyways inside Hongyadong and the nightscape of the Qianximen Bridge. 🍜 Dining Experience: The hotel is surrounded by numerous restaurants. There are many snack shops downstairs where you can enjoy authentic Chongqing noodles, hot and sour noodles, and more. A few minutes' walk to Jiefangbei, there's also the Bayi Food Street, offering various Chongqing specialties like roasted pig brains and Chongqing-style glutinous rice balls—all very authentic. In short, my stay at the Chongqing Millennium Smart View Hotel Jiefangbei Hongyadong Branch allowed me to experience the unique charm of Chongqing. The hotel's excellent location and comfortable facilities added a lot of enjoyment to my trip, and I will definitely choose this hotel again next time I visit Chongqing!

137***81A truly perfect recommendation! Our group of 9 and a half senior citizens chartered a car to explore Chongqing, visiting Fairy Mountain National Forest Park, the Three Natural Bridges, and the Wujiang River Viewpoint (Wujiang Gallery). The experience far exceeded our expectations! The driver's car was not only spotless, but the interior temperature was also perfectly set, making the seniors feel comfortable and at ease from the moment they got in. The driving was also exceptionally smooth throughout the journey, without any bumps or jolting, giving us a great sense of security. He provided detailed explanations of Chongqing's local customs and culture along the way, and the itinerary was well-planned, with perfectly timed stops at each attraction – neither rushed nor overly drawn-out. What's most commendable is that the elderly members of our group tend to be talkative and ask many questions, but the driver was incredibly patient throughout the entire trip. He answered every question, whether it was a repetitive one or a minor inquiry, with great care. At the attractions, he proactively reminded us to be careful where the roads were slippery, to avoid getting lost, and to avoid backtracking. He even explained the tour route clearly and thoroughly. He was considerate and thoughtful in every aspect, ensuring that the elderly had a happy and worry-free trip. Such a wonderful driver deserves double praise!

Ww_owPersonally, I think it's quite beautiful and worth visiting. It's an ancient building, quiet, not crowded, and the ticket price is reasonable. It's much better than those touristy pedestrian streets with their photo walls. Locals, however, said it wasn't worth seeing and told us not to go.

_We***73A gentle mist enveloped the viewing platform, the streets below appearing and disappearing in the mist. In the distance, the Shanhe Tower stood, like ink blurred by the fog. Standing here, even breathing felt lighter; I completely understand why some say that a foggy day is the eye of the clouds, the true cloudscape.

Anonymous userA UNESCO World Heritage site, the Dazu complex of Buddhist cave carvings provides a fascinating but exhausting (so many steps) excursion from Chongqing, approximately 90 minutes drive. We were very lucky as we booked to share a mini bus but ended up with a private car just for us with an extremely friendly, helpful and careful driver. As we're both over 65, we got free entry although we had to pay Y20 each for the site shuttle bus. A trip that takes some effort but is certainly worth it.
