How do I use the Senior Railcard?
Once you have your Senior Railcard, simply select this option when booking your train ticket online or at a valid ticket machine. Be prepared to show your Senior Railcard when presenting your ticket on the train, or when buying a ticket in person.
How can I renew my Senior Railcard online?
Please click 'Renew my Railcard' on the homepage to log in to account. Once logged in, click 'Renew' under your expired or soon to expired Railcard, choose the type of Railcard you would like' section and follow the instructions on the screen to complete your purchase.
