This is not a 4 or 5 star property and is getting on a bit in terms of age. The place is kept clean but rooms and carpets are worn but some are in the process of refurbishment. Room facilities are basic but sufficient with enough power sockets for charging and hot water always available. The gardens and pool area are maintained daily and common areas mopped and cleaned also. The reception staff are very helpful as is the bellhop and security staff. Breakfast is basic with bread, rolls, cake, boiled eggs, salads, cold meat, preserves, honey plus tea or coffee. You can buy drinks from the bar all day and they serve food at very reasonable prices. Omelette with chips and bread for about £3. There is an excellent well stocked shop just next door for snacks and drinks too. Overall it's a basic hotel but what you get for the price is amazing and it's location is asgood as it gets in Agadir.FromUS$24

2nd time we’ve stayed in this hotel in 2 weeks.
On both occasions we had top rooms
This recent stay had a fantastic sea view
Comfortable spacious bed, powerful shower
Staff are very friendly and helpful
Breakfast was okay, tipical Moroccan breakfast but the fresh egg making was good to have and baguette bread was nice.
Thus stay we only went for breakfast as last stay we did the half board but the food wasn’t for us.
Would definitely stay again, just with breakfast thou.

One were the animation activities happen the other end is a quieter pool.

The good things first: fantastic location. Affordable compared to hotels next to it.
Issues to be resolved: carpets in the hallways are very dated and torn, they need to be replaced. Restaurant staff are a bit on and off. Sometimes they are good sometimes they don't care at all. Needs addressing. Food is sometimes sparse. Could be improved. Opening hours are wired. Why should the slides close from 13:00 to 15:00 which is the warmest hours?FromUS$190

They are particularly delicious. The cuisine is rich and varied. The restaurant has a great atmosphere. It is very convenient to go to the beach. The completely private coast, pool bar, and seaside spa are all very French in style, romantic and elegant. The butler service is so thoughtful and meticulous. I am very happy to stay for two nights. Hotel location is good, close to Agadir beach, facilities are perfect, the pool is very good, the price is not good for dinner, it is not recommended. The hotel's service attitude is superb, and welcomes a lot of drinks, desserts and guides. The lobby manager is especially good to like. A dead beach was painted on the beach, not bad. It was my first time in this hotel room was amazing food was amazing waiting time was long because I came from other hotel at 12.30pm room was not ready so I was tired waiting till 3.00pm I order chicken tajeen was nice and burger meal was very nice food room was amazing but I don't recommend the view as the sea is not clearly visible like atlas amadil hotel has only thing was nice everything was brand new in the room that was standing outFromUS$393

Beautiful hotel at the seafront promenade, very helpful staff. Food was excellent in the hotel. The concierge helped us with restaurant reservations outside and We even had a emergency medication delivered by him out of hours during ramadan 👌

The staff are all amazing really friendly. Hotel location is great close by to everything probably a 10 - 15 min walk to the beach. Place was clean but only issue I faced if I’m honest is the room I was given the lock chain was broken and door lock was broken I have provided pictures below. Was a bit scary knowing I couldn’t lock my door and did ask them to fix it but they didn’t. Other issue is this hotel is listed as a 5 star hotel but did not feel like it, other then having a fridge in the room there was no basic amenities like a kettle to have teas or coffees and no iron or ironing board. I would expect those at least for the price paid for the hotel. The breakfast was quite poor also very limited options. The reason why I’ve ranked this hotel high is the cleanliness and staff service but if they modernised and added more amenities this place would be amazingFromUS$136

The hotel looks much better than advertised on most sites.
Everything is new and just beautiful.
Very beautiful aesthetic, ambience and clean environment.
The rooms are very spacious and well decorated. Only downside was I couldn't connect YouTube or my phone smart view to the TV to watch my preferred shows. However, that's just my personal choice.

I think a lot of people forget what sort of accommodation they would get at home in the UK for the price they have paid for a week or so by the sea, constant good weather and a lovely swimming pool to hand. Our standards are exceptionally high but we forget that the culture is different in Morocco.
For me, as long as I have a clean bed, clean bathroom facilities and a version of everything I expected to get/have access too, then I can cope with a chipped floor, dusty floors, tired decor.
Surely a friendly, helpful welcome is more amenable to a good experience?
The pool is immaculate and throughly cleaned every morning. The only negative is the Gawd awful techno, trance, ******* (C) rap sample music the guy plays at full bunge all afternoon. You cannot even have a conversation with the person next to you. It REALLY was a pain in the Rse every afternoon.
The restaurant food scenario does leave a lot to be desired. I thank the Lord I was only having breakfast. The cooked food is basic and poor choices of bread.
