I really enjoyed my stay, location was very good . Rooms were very clean. The staff were professional and friendly , specially Mrs Yeliz at the reception very helpful and nice girl. The food , beverages and sweet was great. I highly recommend this hotel for adults .
The only bad thing which I will to confirm -only for me- , was they used a cleaning detergent liquid which has a strong smell and I suffered on that as I have asthma but the personal and the housekeepers ( Hadija and Gulaaiy ) took care on my room

I had to pay extra money even though I booked already a double bed room. The view was out of this world! The breakfast was delicious. The staff were however cold and the bedsheets weren’t clean enough. My partner and I kept scratching our skins at night and we also found a roach in the room. TFromUS$81

The hotel is located at the foot of the mountain, right next to the beach of Cleopatra. all the sights in step availability. Food excellent. almost every day there was beef, turkey, chicken is of course. once for dinner were given lamb. in 10 days of rest there was fish three times (dorada, pepper, scumbria). wife liked some dessert. fruits on the season for October:fruit, apples, oranges, mandarins, delicious creams and excellent grapes. breakfasts are standard for Turkey. I don't Iran is enough in this hotel. it is not given. wifi in the room, speed is good.
of the downsides-noise in the room is bad. lived on the first floor. even with closed windows it was difficult to sleep from the throat-which was under the windows of Poles (most of the residents of this hotel) until 12 nights. screaming, songs, Laughs stopped only after the bar was closed. the hotel would return but would be asked for the upper floor rooms.FromUS$103

We had a rest in September 2024 with the family. I must say that never before have we eaten so diversely and deliciously in Turkish hotels as here. Very pleasant and friendly atmosphere, spacious two-room suite with a balcony and a mini-kitchen, hotel territory, comfortable functional gym. Приехали на пару часов раньше, но заселились сразу после приветственного кофе. Номер 702 на верхнем этаже с видом на крепость Алании и с балкона, и из кровати. . Чистота безупречная, постель удобная, Мини-кухня, посуда, хорошая мебель, в т.ч. на балконе.

I am sorry to say that a mistake was made in my reservations for this hotel. I initially booked Nov. 5-7. Then I thought that it had been extended from Nov. 8 -12 and paid for that time but somehow it wasn’t. So today the reception person was very difficult telling me that I had to move immediately and was no help to me at all. I had stocked my room with food in the kitchen, about $ 100 worth which I cannot now use.
In fact he suggested another hotel and I asked him to telephone that hotel and he said that he did and they had a room. When I got to that hotel, they did not have any call from the him from the Villa Sonsta so he lied to me about that and they had no room so I had to find another which you will see that I have done at the Kleopatra Blue Hawaii hotel with no kitchen. So I had to cancel that extension at the Villa Sonata who refused me sny reimbursement saying that I had to contact you. You will find my new reservation at the Kleopatra Blue Hawaii Hotel. So please reimburse my account with the Villa Sonata. I am very upset with the way that this was handled by them. They said my room was booked anyway so they will have booked it to somebody else for that period

I liked the hotel. The room (after renovation) was given in the main building. Everything is in good condition.
800 steps to the beach. There is a shuttle service during the day.
The food is decent. Chicken, turkey, fish are always served for lunch and dinner. Plenty of vegetables, fruits, salads... They even offer soup for breakfast!
The staff is friendly.

The food was good, despite it being low season. Plenty of choice and taste was good. The room was also as desired and everything is clean and tidy.
Negative point: there was a young boy at the bar the whole time with his phone in his hand. Was unfriendly and not hospitable.
Found it uncomfortable to be approached by a man for a massage in the Hamam. Find it inappropriate.

Otelin çalışanları için bir parantez açmak istiyorum. Birçok otel gördüm her önüne gelenin barmen olduğu sanırım bir tek burada. Suçlu yönetim. Çok işe az personel çalışıyor bar kısmında. 10 gidişin 8inde sıra bekliyorsunuz. Barmenlerin ve yanındaki elemanların canı çıkıyor ama çocuklar yine de elinden gelenin fazlasını yapıyor. Eleman az. Ama mesela aşçı kısmına gelelim eleman fazlalığı var. Barın yanında snack restoranda görevli 40 civarında yaşı olan aşçı arkadaş pek bir suratsız. Gerçi onun suratı benim keyfimi kaçıramaz.
Restoranda masalara servis veren bütün gençler işinde hevesli ve iyiler. Ama iş yükleri aşırı fazla. Otelden milyonları götürüp elemanların canlarının çıkmasına sessiz kalmıyorum.
Oteldeki barda bir kişi ismini vermeyeceğim yabancı müşterinin birine asıldı ne kadar kötü bir izlenim anlatamam. İngilizce bilmediğimizi düşündü sanırım. Sonrasında özel ücretsiz specialinden bende istedim 30snde hazırladığı başka bir basit içecek ile gönderdi beni. Kültür seviyesine bakarak çok da önemsemedim. Diğer barmen arkadaşlara sevgilerimi iletiyorum.
Bazı yerli müşteriler evet gerçekten alıngan bir tavırla ön yargı ile geliyorlar türk müşterilere ayrım var vs gibi. Ben bu izlenimle gitmedim çünkü gerçekten sıkıntı profiller var ülkemizde. Buna rağmen sıfır önyargıyla gitmeme rağmen otel resepsiyonu beni zorla olumsuz yoruma itti.
Öncelikle bize kattaki en küçük oda verilmiş. Kendini çok zeki sanan otel müdürü ve resepsiyon görevlisi arkadaşlar iyi okusun buradan sonrasını.
Sırf oda belirtmedik diye hayatımda gördüğüm en dar oda (ki bence o oda kapatılmalı)verildi.
Aşağı gayet sakin kibar bir eda ile indim rica ettim. İlk başta bana full dolu olduklarını söylediler anlıyorum sizleri dedim ama çıkışlar olacaktır vs. Dediki işte çok zor ama not alalım vs geçiştirildim. Sonra bir daha indim dedim ki not aldınız umarım bana pek öyle gelmedi ama bakın sizden rica ediyorum ben gerginlik çıkaran o profilden değilim güzelce rica ettim elinizden gelirse çok memnun olurum. Tekrar işte Çarşamba boşalacak yerler var söz vermeyelim ama ( bu kısmı otel müdürü de bu şekilde iletti Çarşamba ayarlamaya çalışacağım)
En son eşim kötü polis olarak indi aşağı dedi ki asla kabul etmiyorum o odada kalınmaz vs biraz uzattı hemen müdür bey ekranları kurcaladı yarın (salı günü) yer var onu ayarlayalım dedi.
Şimdi sorarım sana ey müdür bey adam gibi konuşana mı tavrın ? Kibar olmak mı suç? Ağzınızı açsanız şikayet edeceğiniz ilk şey türk müşteri olur. E kardeşim sen kötü polisin isteğini yapıyorsun ?? Bilerek ve isteyerek yaptığımız iyi kötü polis taktiği ile isteğimizin olabileceğini gördük.
Ayrıca yabancı turistler bu platform gibi daha ucuza yer ayarlıyorlar türk turistler daha pahalı ödüyorlar ( dolar bazında)

Friends, this is one of the best hotels all included where I was! But, you have to report at once to yourself that it is not 5-ca about the huge territories, dozens of activities and 20-basin pools.
Here is exactly what you see in the photo, and you will get - incredible views on the fortress Alania for breakfast, lunch and dinner! New clean rooms, beach across the road and a precise service.
I came for this, in the food of excellent alcohol, enjoyed the delicious kitchen and enjoy the views! I will tell honestly, I will try to return to the hotel on the weekend, it is very convenient to get to it 😌FromUS$115

1. Огромная территория. Чистая, ухоженная. Парковка большая.
2. Большой пляж, много лежаков.
3. Различные развлечения включая баскетбольную площадку и 2 теннисных корта.
4. Разнообразное питание, вкусно. Мороженное 4 часа в день дают, всегда в наличии.
5. Хорошие коктейли алкогольные и безалкогольные.
6. 3 бассейна на улице, 1 крытый.
7. В Спа-уентре разнообразные программы. 8. Массажистки турчанки, некоторые делают массаж хорошо, но балийки лучше. Одна массажистка была, как первый раз пришла.
9. Номера и сам отель требуют ремонта, не современный, стиль 80-х годов, как построили, так и не переделывали. Видно, что постоянно красят деревянные окна. В лифте дверь самому открывать надо. В целом все аккуратно, но нужно обновлять.
