Stayed from periode 04/08/26 to 19/08/26 After black out no more HBO & AXN TV channels no longer available but instead only Channel 5 National TV. Requested to set up the digital tv set up box but refused by excused of the bad weather. No internet data access for 15 days from the date on arrival( checked in) until checked out even though the wifi is on & have a powerful signal (with Username : Eurotel Password: E07angeles25 Phone: *********** Bathroom flood, shower water pressure weak, hot water not available. After I filled the form around 6am this morning before I checked out. The TV program none of them, no longer available.
What's good about this place :

This is a pretty good hotel. Overall the staff are helpful and will do their best to assist you. The rooms are nice and have decent windows and have good air conditioning and even have mini fridges and tv with some movie channels. The location is also good as it’s near the SM Mall. It’s also quiet and can get a good night rest there. The free breakfast is also ok if very basic. They also have free water in the restaurant and front desk. It definitely is the smallest room I've stayed in compared to all of the hotels I stayed. ABC, Eurotel, Clark Imperial, Queens, Grand Central...Very nice and friendly staff. Been a guest at the Central Park numerous times and that is due to the price, location and friendliness of the staff. The only area that I feel could be improved on is the speed of the service at the restaurant. Often there were delays(trying to order or getting a table cleaned off) when the restaurant did not seem too busy. When calling the staff using the table call button went unanswered after a few attempts I had to get up and walk up to the bar to try and place my order. Other than that, no complaints! I got the peace and tranquility I required.
The spacious rooms and bathroom were a delightful surprise, as sometimes rooms look spacious only in photos. Aircon is cold and NETFLIX is a bonus. I liked that when you open the sliding doors, you are greeted by an outdoor ambiance and not artificially lighted hallways in traditional hotels. From front desk (all shifts), room service and guards, they were all so courteous, accommodating and friendly. Would definitely come back to Winds. Highly recommended.
