Airport Guide

Compare 4 airports near Atlanta

For the majority of travelers, Hartsfield–Jackson Atlanta International Airport (ATL) serves as the primary and most convenient gateway to the city, as it is the only airport on this list located directly within Atlanta. It offers the most robust transit connections, including direct rail access to the city center, making it ideal for those prioritizing speed and budget. The other three options are regional airports located in neighboring cities and should only be considered if they provide better flight availability or significantly lower airfares. Middle Georgia Regional Airport (MCN), Columbus Metropolitan Airport (CSG), and Chattanooga Metropolitan Airport (CHA) are all located at considerable distances, necessitating reliance on shuttles, rental cars, or private transfers to reach Atlanta. While these regional hubs can be less chaotic than a major international airport, the multi-hour ground journey to the city center is a significant factor to include in your total travel time and cost calculations. Plan your ground transportation well in advance, especially for the regional shuttles, as their schedules are fixed and often require pre-booking.

No parking around except for expensive public parking 50$ per day or valet at 65$ per day. Breakfast is very normal with a rude person in the egg station who keep making grimace everything u ask him to make an omelet. He also keep touching the fruit station with his gloves which were touching the eggs with.

Not many people in Atlanta, and not many guests at the hotel either. It's similar to Macau, where all the hotels are connected. Overall, it's pretty standard, but the bathtub in the room is really big and nice!

What a fantastic design! The symmetrical atrium and strong sense of hierarchy are simply captivating. From the room, you can also enjoy the Atlanta skyline and the sunrise. It was a very worthwhile experience. Cleanliness: Clean Facilities: Although it's an older hotel, the facilities are very well maintained. Service: Nice

The hotel is nice and magnificent. There are several restaurants of various flavors nearby. It is also conveniently located to other large hotel conference centers. It's just the hotel's parking that needs to be complained about.

Hotel is beautifully decorated. Art deco is nice, but the rooms are severely lacking in amenities. No fridge, microwave or mini bar. When you're in a city typically you eat out a lot and sometimes you wanna hold on to leftovers for later so that was kind of a bummer. The location was great, but the noise was very hard for sleeping. The road is constantly noisy and they put us in a room right above the front door so it was constant talking and cars pulling in. Nice hotel just a shame we didn't have the best visit

The service attitude is very good. The queen room needs to add a quilt and send me a blanket. There is an indoor small swimming pool on the ground floor and a well-equipped gym. Room cleaning, no tooth brushing supplies and slippers, breakfast is purely Western, not many varieties but very affordable. Overall feeling 3 stars+ or 4 stars - standard.

Midtown is a great location... The hotel service was horrific and they did not carry basic amenities such as a.pool and a simple microwave... The staff replies to calls but do not follow through with the requests. We waited for towels for 2 days, sheets for 24 hours. The barman was great and the food fairly decent. Staff also tempers with the doors while the room is occupied. That was uncomfortable.

The location of the hotel is very good, a few minutes walk from the Olympic Park and the Coca-Cola Museum. There is cleaning basically every day. After staying for five days, there was no cleaning on the fourth day... Generally speaking, it is not bad. There is a Chinese restaurant a few minutes' walk away.

The location is good, and it only takes 15 minutes to walk to the aquarium. The hotel recognized the Marriott membership number and upgraded to a suite. The design is mediocre, but considering the price, it is not a big problem.

The hotel is really old, and the room is not equipped with slippers and toothbrushes. It took a few calls to deliver it. The service is average and the price is not cheap. A lot worse than the five-star domestic hotel

The hotel is located near peachtree street. Although the location is close to Lenox mall but still a bit far for a walk. Saw a few pubs and bars. I would say they are ok in general but it would be nice if they could moved me upper floor as I clearly requested that I prefer upper floor . Breakfast was rather good though although there weren't much varieties but blueberry pancake was very delicious.
