We enjoyed our quick getaway thanks to this hotel being in the heart of the city. We arrived early in the morning and I was so surprised they were able to check us in at 9AM. Superb! The room was pristine and breakfast choices varied. Although, I hope they had more protein than just bacon and sausage, perhaps something less processed. But regardless, I enjoyed the other options and the bacon, yes. Pool is 4ft deep so I didn’t have to worry about my shorty self, lol.
Oh and our room had the lagoon view so that was nice. It would have been nicer if they had the fountain lights at night though. Perhaps another time.

I booked seven rooms for a night for my family and relatives, totaling 20 people. Before our stay, I tried reaching out to the hotel through email, phone calls, and a third-party booking app, but I couldn’t get any responses. I only received an automatic reply saying they were unavailable and suggested I try again later.
On the day of our check-in, I called the hotel around 2 PM to confirm our late arrival since we had a day tour planned. Thankfully, they answered and noted our late check-in. When we arrived around 6 or 7 PM, everything went smoothly, and they accommodated us on the same floor, which was great!
The hotel provided basic amenities, but we noticed there were no bottled waters in the rooms. Some relatives were uncomfortable using the water dispenser located outside the rooms, which made it a bit inconvenient. We understand the hotel’s effort to reduce plastic waste, but it would have been nice if they had provided reusable glass bottles instead.
Overall, we had a lovely stay. Everyone had a good night’s sleep, and the next day we enjoyed the clean pool, with staff available to help us. The hotel rooms were tidy and well-maintained.FromUS$63

We had a nice trip to Bacolod and stayed at Acacia Hotel for 4 nights. The people are very warm and they always greet guests and the service is excellent. Breakfast buffet is good and included with our accommodation which is very affordable with the amenities as well with wave pool. We also enjoyed the massage that we availed. There is just one thing that the management must address, the ac had a disturbing sound and I hope they would fix it. The location is good because it’s very near the mall. L'Fisher is a little old, but the management has kept the establishment well-maintained. The room rate is very reasonable. The room comes with a bathtub, which is very unexpected for the price we paid. The pool at the adjacent hotel was also good and clean. Breakfast is good for its price. Very near to sm, with parking, i definitely recomend and book again if i'l be in bacolod.
And one more thing, when were there, bacolod was in the state of calimity due to typhoon, other hotel had no water and electricity, but Mo2 had a good generator, no brown out and still has water..

The hotel is still improving its facilities and is under renovation when I checked in. There is no hot and cold shower, no provision for shampoo and conditioner, but fragrant liquid bath soap are available in the bathroom The bottled water in the room is for sale but water dispensers are provided in each floor for guests’ drinking consumption. Other supplies such as slippers and toothbrush and toothpaste are provided only upon request.
On the other hand, all hotel staff are very accommodating and friendly. The buffet breakfast is satisfying with options to choose from- Filipino and/or American breakfast are available. The swimming pool is so inviting but due to rainy, cold weather situation during my stay, I was not able to feel the pools’ water. 😁FromUS$28

We stayed from December 4–6, 2025, and overall had a pleasant experience.
The cleanliness of the hotel was good — rooms and common areas were well-maintained.
The front desk staff were friendly and very professional in addressing our concerns. Special shoutout to April, who assisted us when our originally assigned room was rented by a guest extending their stay. She handled the situation smoothly and even arranged an upgrade, which we truly appreciated.
They also have a very interesting elevator system — it surprised us at first, but we eventually got used to it, and it added a fun, unique touch to the stay.
Breakfast was plated, with limited options, which is the only downside of our stay. However, what was available was prepared well and tasted good.
