This hotel boasts an excellent location right by Putney Bridge, making it super convenient to get around. There's a Waitrose supermarket next door and plenty of restaurants nearby. The hotel itself is quite new, with a clean and minimalist decor – not luxurious, but very comfortable. I'd give full marks to the service in the ground floor restaurant; the staff were incredibly enthusiastic and accommodating, and the food was plentiful and delicious. My only slight complaint is that the shower stall was a bit narrow. Even for someone who isn't particularly big, turning around felt quite awkward; I'd estimate it's only about 60-70 cm wide. The location was amazing and easy by walking in town, meet the hotel standards on cleanliness, service and location. staff is very friendly with smile especially on the breakfast time, they are really helpful.
However I have booked for 2 nights with the city view queen bed room, but It’s no city view at all.
Also, this room is on the upper ground floor and nearby the storage cleaning room is not the good idea for customer especially on the early morning time. The problem is the room always has a terrible noise all the time which make me terrible and can’t sleep well when I am being on the room. I have requested the room which away from elevators and good view before booking but not get anything at all.FromUS$130

Sold as a 5 star hotel and although it did look good from the outside,the inside was very dated and lacking tlc.the bathroom had what looked like black mould around the wall furniture and the sink had been covered in a wrap which was torn and some of the metal fixtures where corroded.the breakfast took over an hour as they seemed to take precedents over vips in the dining room who got food very quickly.from sitting down to receiving our breakfast took an hour both days.the staff where very apologetic but that does t make up for poor service and the quality was average.The Spa was also dated and the Gym was small with very little in it for a proper workout.FromUS$169

The waiting area for check-in is very British and beautiful. We booked a classic room, which requires us to walk through the main building, pass the garden, and come to the second floor of a stable. The room is clean and the toilet is relatively large. But the location is a bit disappointing. The high price and high positioning of the hotel make us automatically assume that the view of the room will be particularly good, overlooking the city of Bath. The actual situation is disappointing. Looking out is the street view on the other side, and I dare not open the window. The pure British white old man helps you carry the luggage, making you feel embarrassed not to tip. First of all, hotels are very difficult to find. Apple's own navigation is wrong. Secondly, the bathroom in the store is extremely small, and there is still water noise in the sewer at night. There is a problem that hot water cannot be supplied in the room No. 3, which was notified too late and cannot be resolved by itself. Finally, the parking lot is small.
