From the moment I stepped in, I felt well taken care of. The staff are incredibly attentive and responsive – if you have a question, they'll immediately provide detailed information and assistance.
The hotel's interior is meticulously designed: stylish details, a pleasant color scheme, and a cozy atmosphere. The exterior is equally impressive: the building looks elegant and blends harmoniously with the city landscape. The hotel also has its own parking.

A large room, pleasant toiletries, a comfortable mattress (though a bit short for someone 180 cm tall), plenty of pillows, heated floors in the bathroom, helpful reception staff, and an excellent breakfast. The room has a kettle and capsule coffee machine, along with Lavazza tea and capsules, including decaf. We checked in two hours early. Two swimming pools.
Still, due to the tiredness of the rooms, this is a 4-star hotel instead of a 5-star hotel. Cosmetic repairs are needed: wallpaper needs to be updated, the bathroom fixtures need to be replaced, the lamps (due to wiring issues), and the air conditioner needs to be cleaned and fixed so it doesn't leak into the closet. Some shelves in the closet need to be updated and the furniture needs to be dry-cleaned. The towels need to be more carefully monitored for wear. The rooms also have vinyl wallpaper, which can easily be cleaned from tea and coffee stains, but for some reason, cleaning seems to ignore this.FromUS$145

The arrival experience was very disappointing. I arrived at 12:30 PM, completed the registration, and signed all the required forms. After that, the receptionist simply stared at me awkwardly before asking, ”Do you know that check-in time is 3:00 PM?” I replied, ”Yes, I know.” He then remained silent, leaving me unsure of what to do next. Eventually, I had to say, ”Okay, I'll find my way.”
What disappointed me most was the complete lack of hospitality. There was no offer to store my luggage, no suggestion of a place where I could wait, and not even directions to the lounge. I ended up sitting in the lobby until I approached the Front Desk Supervisor, Polina, who was exceptionally professional. She completely turned the experience around by delivering the level of genuine five-star service I had expected from the beginning.
Another concern was the absence of a concierge service. Even more surprisingly, the receptionist did not seem to know what a ”concierge” is.

In Las Vegas, the Black Sea in Batumi, this hotel is far from the hustle and bustle of the city, built by the sea, and has a panoramic view of the sea. There are pharmacies ATM local supermarkets, Indian restaurants, Ukrainian restaurants, Georgian restaurants, Georgian seafood restaurant lights in the surrounding area. But the hotel was renovated many years ago. It is slightly old, but the service of the service staff is in place and can ignore those old facilities. The location is excellent, right on the seafront, with a full sea view, at least in my room.
It's several stories high in a residential complex, starting on the 14th floor.
The finishing is decent, and there are decent household cleaning supplies.
Now for the bad news:
1. The superior room I stayed in seemed to have a decent size, but in reality, it was a narrow, long corridor and a tiny little room.
2. As of mid-May 2026, construction has begun right under my window. The noise from construction equipment is constant.
3. The hotel doesn't have parking!!!! Even though it's listed in the amenities (as usual... Georgia...).
The staff sends you to the university parking lot, which is extremely busy during the day and full at night. I was on a motorcycle, and of course I found a space. But for travelers traveling by car, it will be difficult. During the day, the parking lot is packed into several rows.

Не соответствует 5* звезда, максимум тянет на 3*. Дружелюбный персонал, который делает всё наполовину. Ужасное обслуживание у бассейна, плохое обслуживание в номерах. Не меняли белье и халаты , тапочки в течение 11 дней. Уборщица делает замечание и хамит постояльцам в СПА. Подушки гигантские, спать не аозиожно. Выбора подушек нет. В ресторане отеля получили сильное отравление, скорее всего мясом. По ночам музыка в бассейне не отключается. Орёт, спать не возможно. Во время пребывания возник пожар, персонал отеля очень старался, однако было видно, что он не обучен действовать в чрезвычайных ситуациях, а руководство отеля даже не потрудились принести извинения перед постояльцами. Отличное расположение, до любых достопримечательностей можно дойти за 5-15 мин, до моря -2-3 мин.
Но это центр курортного района, поэтому любые магазины и кафе с высокими и оч высокими ценами.
В номере нет заявленных 30 кв м , максимум 20.
Комната оч маленькая.
Есть хорошие шампунь, бальзам, гель для душа, лосьон, зубная щётка и паста, мыло.
Уборка каждый день, смена полотенец тоже, постельное бельё не меняли ни разу.
Самое печальное -это завтрак. Как бы шведский стол. Уровень 2 звезды максимум. Кофе заварен в термосе!!!!!)))) чай только черный и горячая вода только из термоса!!!
Из еды варёные яйца, сосиски, омлет (или яичница), макароны, огурец, помидор, болгарский перец, лист салата, нарезка ветчины ( штук 10 ломтиков, и если они закончились, нужно ждать, когда принесут ещё, если захотят), сыр низкого качества. И всё!
Если вы непривередливы, вам хватит, но это точно не уровень даже 4 звёзд!!!
Отдельное спасибо ресепшн за бесплатное продление номера на 2 часа в связи с задержкой рейса!
