Lovely little boutique hotel in the heart of Cadiz. If we didnt need a car park I would have rated facilities higher, but getting our vehicle into the hotel carpark was a challenge. But that is the price you pay to stay in the old part of town! We knew when we booked the hotel had limited dining facilities, and that was not an issue because there were about 50 restaurants within a 10 minute walk! Overall, common areas are modern and spacious. Some rooms have beautiful views over the city, botanic garden, and sea side. The hotel also offers very good facilities such as the pool, jacuzzi & gym. The breakfast is exceptional with lots of variety to pick from.
However there were quite a few disappointments: service at the bar was really bad, with staff sighting and making faces when you ask to order something, the inner spa is at additional cost and the rooms are very small which does not make it worth the price we paid.FromUS$293

However, the shower water leaked onto the wall facing the bed, the decorative trim on the closet was completely detached, the closet shelves were broken, and the air vent was covered in a layer of lint. The hotel's communication is not prompt or effective. Also, the hotel address was changed to a new address after the hotel confirmed my booking. The distance from the hotel beach changed from 5 to 12 minutes, and the promise of 24-hour reception changed to no reception.
The access code was not sent out promptly after checking in, but I only got it from the hotel after Trip contacted the hotel. The flat is newly refurbished with an open kitchen. The bathroom has only one towel for each person for a 4-day stay. The extra towel costs you €10. The water pressure is strong and quick hot water.
The kitchen has everything you need, but the tableware is not visible. There is a kettle but no coffee maker.
The living room and bedroom have windows, but we are at the same level as the people on the street. We don't feel private and comfortable opening the window or even with the shade curtain closed with the window opened.
The washing and drying machine is shared with other travellers on the rooftop. The cleaning function is good, but the drying doesn't function well. The hanger was only found on the last day after the cleaner showed it to me. The hotel should say it on the first day when I asked them, rather than asking me to give them a call while I was only on a data sim and could not make a call. The washing balls are provided.
Beach umbrellas are also stored in a the lobby that is not visible to us until the day we checked out. I would say it has everything, but the communication skills of the hotel have room to improve.FromUS$151

I needed a hotel for a night in Cádiz before I went to the port to catch the ferry to The Canary Islands , the hotel is right on the beach and close to bars, restaurants and shops , friendly staff on reception and a lovely clean and modern room with private balcony , its advertised as a spa but there is no pool.
I didn’t use any facilities other than my room but there is also a restaurant and rooftop bar .
Only thing I didn’t like was my room was at the end of a floor with a staff access elevator and the cleaners kept bringing stuff up and constantly making noise all evening till about 10:30pm , why they do it when people are trying to relax and sleep is beyond me , it ruins your stay , it wouldn’t of been an issue but I needed to get up at 6am to checkout for a walk to the ferry port , so don’t expect much sleep in this hotel as the doors are noisy and people are constantly banging and shutting them , also the walls are very thin I could hear someone snoring in the next room to mine,

Had a lovely time , parking was an issue which we knew but advised to park nearby by reception. Lovely comfy bed . Had 3 days and had everything you needed ( kettle would have been a bonus ) no balcony if you needed to dry anything but we managed to.
