The front desk employees were friendly and the room and facilities were clean. The Trip app said the deposit could be paid with either cash or credit card, but upon arrival, they only accepted credit cards, so be aware of this, especially travelers from mainland China who might not have a Visa/MasterCard. If you only have a Chinese UnionPay card, this hotel will not accept that. The swimming pool was small but clean, and the gym was small but clean, also. You can hear the noise from my he freeway nearby from your room, so if you're a really light sleeper, you would need earplugs. The location is good, near a major highway interchange so it's easy to get around Columbus from here. The rooms don't have amenities that are commonplace in Chinese hotels of the same category, like toothbrushes, toothpaste, shampoo, slippers, nor bathroom scandals. The bathroom only had bar soap, hair conditioner, body lotion, toilet paper, and a hair dryer.FromUS$51

After checking in, I found that the cushion of the sofa bed was a bit dirty and immediately communicated with the lady at the front desk, and immediately changed the room. The location of the hotel is very clean, there is a large free parking lot, there are several dining options outside the hotel, there is a gas station next to it, and it is only a few minutes' drive to the university. I really loved this hotel. The front desk people were super nice! I can’t remember the girl’s name (she was East African) she was the sweetest! Gave my Hunnie a free drink for his birthday. The security was super nice as well. Very diverse staff who were all super nice. Will def stay there again.
The room was super clean and nicely decorated. Loved the bathroom. It was all white and super clean. The location is great in downtown. We walked to dinner at Mitchell’s.

I couldn’t have enjoyed my stay any more! The atmosphere was charming, cozy, and, of course, perfect for any OSU lover. It was also incredibly clean, smelled lovely, and they even have an adorable pup, named Scarlett, who helps behind the front desk! The front desk staff and valet were so sweet and helpful, as well. I loved my room. The bed was so comfy, plaid wallpaper and unique decor were so fun, and I especially loved the John Glenn accent chair!
