The hotel location is very convenient for public transport, the room is toilet is spacious, the room bed is very comfortable, I don’t want to leave the bed everyday. The views from the room is great as well, the dining hall view is the best facing the street. There is a Japanese restaurant just besides the hotel which satisfy my craving for rice as the rice I eat before that all seem like glutinous rice which I don’t really like. Convenient store is also just few steps away, easy to purchase snacks that you need. The hotel curtain is very good in blocking the sun as well, back hotel for a noon nap and wake up finding so dark thought is already sunset, but it’s just the curtain working well! The staff are helpful as well, told them don’t disturb me at all during my stay with all the room cleaning or maintenance and they really let me have my peacefulness! We arrived late so the office was closed. Received an email explaining how we can get our keys to get into the apartment. Car park was a bit of a challenge to get into if you are driving a large car (we drove a Rav4). You do get a large lot once you got inside. Accommodation was very clean. Lots of instructions to inform you how each appliance function. Aircon was weird as you must close the balcony doors before it works. Very comfortable bed in room. Rollaway bed has a missing wheel hence kept rocking when I am on the bed. Overall, very satisfied with our stay there. Thank you very much.FromUS$108

I really enjoyed my stay at this apartment. I arrived in Perth beyond the normal check in time, but getting the key at night was easy as i have informed my late check in, in advance. The next day must go to the convenience store to make the deposit and get the parking permit and pay for parking. lron, washer dryer provided. Cleaning only once a week but can get top up for tea, coffee and toilet paper at the convenience store. Highly recommended place to stay and value for money.
