On arrival, car drop off and check in was hassle free and good. The Rooftop pool was just spectacular and had a really relaxing atmosphere. Breakfast was good, lots of options and the staff were helpful. One thing that really bothered me was that having booked 3 days in advance and asking for a good view we received a very disappointing room. When asking reception to move room she said all the better rooms at the rate we paid for had been booked THAT day? Another bad point was the bathroom door was extremely noisy when opening and closing. But the room does not have toiletries and slippers like in China, so you have to bring your own. Charming hotel in the expansion, in the region of Lagoa da Conceição, near the Mole and Joaquina beaches.
The location is excellent, but it has no panoramic view, it is on a quiet street.
The facilities are extremely comfortable and the first-line accessories. The managers and the management team's attention is imperfect: personalized, requested and helping in all possible aspects.
High points: It was the bed in which I had the greatest comfort in recent years, Trussardi's towels and towels, L'Occitane's bath products and breakfast: soft and boring, with the charm of being able to serve in the room itself. It has the spa service we can't use for a relatively short stay.
Finally, it was a memorable experience and I would recommend to everyone that they should enjoy at least once when they come to Florianópolis.
