Our group of 11 carefully selected this hotel after much deliberation. Since it was very close to the ticket gate, we didn't expect anything special. However, the staff at the front desk were incredibly attentive and welcoming upon check-in, quickly assigning us room numbers. When we entered the room, we were all astonished by its spaciousness, smart toilet, and enormous smart bathroom. The bed was exceptionally white and felt luxurious to lie on. Air conditioning and a TV were all functional, not just for show. For this price, everything here was incredibly affordable. The front desk staff and owner explained the attractions and suggested alternative places to visit and eat. We tried them out, and they were indeed excellent. One of my companions even lost her phone at a foot massage parlor in the city, and the owner helped her find it – a truly heartwarming gesture. Having traveled independently for years, I never leave positive or negative reviews; everything comes and goes naturally. But after staying at Jintang, I couldn't help but write something. The moment I arrived at the hotel with a pile of luggage, Kevin was right there to help me carry it. He proactively assisted with parking and even brought my bags up to the room. When I wanted to know about local attractions and unique restaurants, he patiently and meticulously planned out sightseeing routes for me, and clearly explained all the complimentary resort benefits. During my stay, if I had any requests for the room, I'd contact him and he'd respond incredibly quickly. He's very attentive, reliable, warm, polite, and incredibly professional. His service was thoughtful and thorough, with absolutely no perfunctory attitude. He was a huge highlight of this trip. This was the most satisfying hotel we stayed at during our trip to Changbai Mountain Wanda Resort. The room was spacious, with a separate walk-in closet. The sofa and coffee table were perfect for enjoying some tea and relaxing. There was also a reading sofa by the window, a desk, and a lamp, all well-equipped. The chair was very comfortable, making it ideal for reading and writing.
Front desk staffer Xiao Ying was warm, thoughtful, and professional, answering all our questions. We received a complimentary breakfast, and our two children really enjoyed the buffet. The restaurant opens up to a lawn with lush greenery – very chill.
