We had a great overall stay at this hotel. The staff was very friendly and made the check-in process quick and easy, which we really appreciated after a long day of travel. The location was excellent and convenient to everything we needed.
The room was a good size with plenty of space to relax. The bed was extremely comfortable, and even the couch was cozy, which made our stay more enjoyable.
However, we did find a roach in the room, which was definitely concerning. Even though it was just one that we saw, it’s never something you expect or want to encounter during a hotel stay. Cleanliness is important, and I hope management takes additional pest control measures to prevent this from happening again.
The internet also did not work on the first day and wasn’t up and running until the following night, which was inconvenient.
The ice room was very sketchy and did not seem well-maintained, and the microwave in was not working properly and appeared a bit dirty. These smaller maintenance issues added up and made the stay less comfortable than it could have been.
Unfortunately, we have not yet received our damage deposit back, which has been disappointing. We are hoping this will be resolved promptly.
I would also recommend bringing your own shampoo and conditioner, as the ones provided left our hair feeling very dry.

The carpet in the room was not very clean, it should have been cleaned for a long time. The bed was not bad and I slept very well. The twin room layout is not the best. The sofa and writing desk occupy space in the innermost part of the room, there is no scenery outside, and it is divided into the direction of the parking garage. The sink is together with the room. The toilet is used for toilet and bathtub/shower (bathing will make a very strange sound). The sound insulation of the door is not very good. The sound of footsteps in the corridor is very clear. Basically we heard all the noise from the hallway including next door who open and close the door, and shower, etc.. Best of all, there's a Target supermarket right across the street, making shopping very convenient. I stayed for five nights this time, and my room was on a high floor, very quiet. The water pressure in the shower was terrible! The water was just trickling out of the shower head! Then the water got cold while I was still showering! What should have only taken 7 minutes to shower ended up taking 20 minutes! Just terrible! The sofa couch had no sheets, no pillows. The food was good except that there was only one waffle maker for everyone to use so I didn’t get a waffle. Then now the icing on top of the cake was a bus with a trailer behind it was parked in the red zone on the back of the hotel where I was parked. I have a big truck and I could not back up and get out! There were cars on both sides of me! I went back to the desk and Destiny, who was so nice tried to help me. She went to the bus trying to locate the bus driver, to no avail. Then she spoke with someone that was on the bus and he did not know where the bus driver was either! Finally the people who were parked to my left came out and were leaving, thank goodness! I finally was then able to back out and leave! I just had a very bad experience. Plus the hotel’s location was very far from Disneyland and in a semi bad area. I don’t know that I would recommend this hotel. Basically this hotel caused me some incredible stressed experience.
