Because it was a weekday during the off-season, the price-to-performance ratio was really good. The location was good and parking was easy~ There was a place to separate trash on each floor, and it was nice that there was a large convenience store inside the building! The room was spacious, the bedding was clean, the kitchen was clean, the bathroom was clean, and the water pressure was good, so there was no inconvenience at all. I tried to order chicken through room service, but the BHC in the building that was supposed to be open 365 days a year seems to be closed on Mondays. I had it delivered from a different branch. The front desk staff was also kind! The cat named Pepe, which is probably the resort's cat, was also super cute. Deep in the forest, Seorak Valley was a place where fairies seemed to live. There were walking trails, a children's pool, sheep and deer ranches, and cute rabbits... It was a wonderful experience with the kids. There were so many little things to enjoy. A quick nap at the beach!!!
The accommodations were neat and clean, and the private, Swiss-style, single-story unit had convenient parking. And I highly recommend enjoying a delicious breakfast in Montreux, overlooking Ulsanbawi Rock.

The room's cleanliness was generally good, but the hotel's location is quite far from the city center, which is really inconvenient without a car. It was hard to get an Uber, but thankfully the front desk staff were great; they helped me call taxis a few times and were very patient, which I appreciate! The hotel is part of a resort. I had fried chicken downstairs, but for other meals, I took a taxi to the city, which cost nearly 100 RMB per trip. If you're staying at the hotel, you get a 10% discount at Ocean Play; remember to mention your room number when buying tickets at the front desk. It's divided into a sauna and a swimming pool. I booked through Trip.com, but the front desk staff couldn't find my reservation, so I had to wait for about 10 minutes. I even showed them my phone with the voucher, but they still couldn't find it. Finally, when they did, they claimed they could only search by name and that my name was inverted, which is why they couldn't find it. If they can only search by name, then why bother issuing a reservation number?
What was even more absurd was that they gave me room 1914 in Building A, but it turned out to be a non-existent room. I was so confused wandering around the 19th floor, which only goes up to room 1912. I had to go back down to inquire, and they casually told me they had given me the wrong room number and that it was actually 1904. The staff's attitude throughout all this was incredibly nonchalant, as if it was none of their business. It's unbelievable that this is the attitude of 5-star hotel front desk staff. 별 기대 없이 갔었는데 도착해서 숙소 방문 열자마자 동남아향이 물씬~그 특유의 향수 냄새~^^ 기존 모텔을 리모델링 한 거라서 시설은 조금 노후화되었지만 주인분께서 청소를 엄청 깔끔하게 해놓으시고 관리하셔서 평소 깔끔떨던 내 취향엔 완전 대만족이었음. 이 숙소의 가장 큰 장점은 위치인데, 숙소에서 나오자 마자 몇 발자국 걸어가면 바로 해변 모래사장이 나옴~여기가 내가 다녀본 장소 중에 일출로는 가장 으뜸임. 커피 한잔 들고 아침에 해 뜨는 관경 보고 있자면 정말 눈물이 날 지경이었음~그리고 주변에 아야진 해수욕장엔 사람이 버글버글한데 여기는 펜션에 있는 사람들만 주로 이용하는 해변이라 거의 전세낸 기분이었음. 프라이빗한 장소라는 생각이 들 정도~가성비도 죽이고 정말 대만족이었음. 다시 가고 싶은 곳~FromUS$32

아무래도 고성군에 위치하다 보니, 마트는 걸어서 갈 수 없는 거리입니다. 미리 챙겨서 들어가야 합니다. 복층 구조인데 침대 바로 옆에 욕조가 있어서 좀 환경성이 떨어졌어요. 복층에 있으니 자기에 습하기도 하고요.
온돌은 엄청 따스하고 좋았습니다. 복층과 다르게 아래층은 엄청 건조하니 젖은 수건 깔아놓고 놀으세요.
그리고.. 청소 상태는 엄청 깨끗하진 않았어요. 곳곳에 먼지도 쌓여있고, 테이블도 한번 물티슈로 쓱 닦으니 까맣더군요.
큰 통창으로 바다가 보였는데 겨울바다 느낌 그대로 아름다웠습니다.
바베큐 시설(별도 20,000원)은 객실과 별도에 있고 숯이 너무 형편없어서 조개는 커녕 고기도 안익더군요. 추워서 대충 먹고 방으로 들어왔어요.
