The transportation is convenient and there is a parking lot. It's a 10-minute walk to Meile City and the Handan Museum, making it convenient for getting around without traffic. The hotel facilities are also excellent and tasteful. The service is attentive without being overbearing, which is great. I especially want to mention their security department. I forgot to lock my car, and they promptly reminded me and even took the initiative to wipe my car clean, which was very heartwarming. We had a magical stay here in this serene and beautiful place. The hotel is beautifully designed with an impressive play area, swimming pools, restaurants and it is perfectly located for exploring the stunning mountain range of East Taihang. All of the staff were very friendly, especially the cleaning, gardening, catering and play area staff. The room was exceptional with a view of a waterfall, little garden and very clean and comfortable. The gym was in the hallway with just a few bikes and treadmills so not exactly equipped for weightlifting but the mountains provide a decent workout. It would be nice for reception to have more information about local spots or events. I think there was mention of a night market but we weren’t sure exactly where and how to get there. We did successfully use Didi to get to a few amazing scenic spots around here though. It is such a special place and we hope to return some day.
