The service was excellent. We had golf cart transfers for both check-in and check-out. Even though the hotel is located in the mountains, there's a free daily shuttle to the city center. I never review hotels, but this time I absolutely have to. When I checked in, the front desk staff were so warm and full of smiles. The room itself was super clean, and being a forest-themed room, there were practically no bugs. I was very satisfied with my stay. I even extended for another day. One morning, as I was heading out, someone on the road told me that I had extended my stay and was still in the same room. It felt like everyone there knew each guest's situation – so heartwarming! Another evening, I went out to eat at a restaurant outside the hotel and left my bag there. Later, when I was walking back to the hotel, a hotel staff member came directly to me on the street and handed me my bag. It was truly incredible how they knew someone had returned to the hotel, which guest it was, which room they were in, and that the bag belonged to that guest from that room. Their service and efficiency are incredibly precise. Next time I come to Chiang Mai, I'll bring my friends to stay at this hotel. This is the only hotel I recommend!FromUS$68

We booked this hotel as a surprise for a summer camp trip, and honestly, I was a bit nervous since I didn't know anything about it, and we had the little one with us. Turns out, it was an incredibly enjoyable trip! The hotel is just the right size – not too big, so the kids were always within sight and easy to keep track of, without getting too tired. By the end, they were even going to breakfast and the pool by themselves. It’s super clean; the cleaning staff tidied our room daily, and even the vacant rooms next door were cleaned every day. The butler spoke perfect Chinese, making communication a breeze and helping us sort out all our initial questions and concerns. They even helped plan our itinerary and recommended great places to eat and fun activities. The Lanna-style design creates a very peaceful atmosphere – perfect for sipping coffee in the morning, listening to the birds, and gazing at the rice paddies and flowers. The kitchen stays open until 11 PM, which is really convenient since many outside restaurants close earlier. If you chat with the kitchen staff, they can even whip up some unexpected home-style dishes. As for the price… I personally think it offers excellent value for money. I stayed in the Chanthra Suite. It was mid-January, so the weather was cool, but the pool water was too cold to stay in for long. They offer complimentary ice baths, but only from 12-1 PM, which means you can't use it if you're staying for just one night. Breakfast was average, but it was quiet as there weren't many guests. We stayed in the hotel for five nights, we really enjoyed our stay and the kids enjoyed with the hotel facilities it is really nice to have animals in the resort that made my five years son busy all the time.. The location is spacious.. My elder son had good time to train at golf area and the price is affordable.. Big thank to the staff in the lobby and in the restaurant Mr. Neun, Bell and yang sorry I couldn't memorise the names but all of them without exception are welcoming and supportive.

A nice hotel hidden from the city. Very close to the Night Safari and Royal Garden.
We stayed here twice already and really loved the calm and relaxed atmosphere of the courtyard. I enjoyed sitting on the balcony with a glass of wine 😌🍷 very meditative experience.

I stayed on the 3rd floor and had to carry my luggage up the stairs. It would be quite difficult for elderly people. The room was large and clean, but I found a lot of ants and insects around the dressing table. There was also something that looked like a centipede in the room, but the staff helped me catch it and said it wouldn't bite. However, since they spoke in Northern Thai, it was hard to understand each other. Still, the service was good; they even offered to change my room.
The bathroom had leaks in both the toilet area and the shower, so the floor was constantly wet, which was quite inconvenient and made it easy to slip.FromUS$22

Very quiet location, stunning mountain views, large rooms with high ceilings, a nice balcony with small private jacuzzi. Not many guests around. Very nice views from the main pool / restaurant which also has a good food and drink menu. You can rent a motorbike although it is quite expensive at 450 baht per day and I had to ask for a helmet.
I highly recommend that you stay at this great hotel for either a short or long stay - I stayed for 6 days and wasn't bored at all. Whether you want to explore the surrounding area or relax with a book or movie on the balcony, it is suitable for singles, couples or families.

The room was cleaned just 2 times in 6 days and I had to keep asking for cleaning and consumables (water, tissue, shower soaps etc).
The staff were good but it seems like the hotel isn't efficient - dishes left out at breakfast are still on tables several hours later even though the hotel is not busy.
Breakfast is repetitive and minimal but okay - again it wasn't run very efficiently and customers have to keep asking for things like cups, milk, sugar etc. Some of the food was luke warm so not great.
There are lots of pillows but they are all the same thickness (too thick for me) so I had to use a smaller one from one of the chairs.FromUS$50

The accommodation is as advertised. Inside the room there is air conditioning, a queen-size bed, a work desk, a very comfortable chair, a wardrobe with lots of hangers, a TV, a water heater, tea, coffee, a hair dryer, towels, face towels, 2 bottles of water. The atmosphere is very good. At night it is very cold and freezing. If you are someone who is sensitive to the cold, you should bring a blanket. In the morning the sun will shine into the room, but there are curtains to block the light completely. A fantastic lodge hotel, set in peaceful tranquil surroundings on the hillside off the main road of the Mae Rim-Sameong Loop.
The staff were fantastic and helpful, helping to organise transport and a daytrip van with driver, as well as ordering dinner from local restaurants.
We used the 3 bed villa and it was perfect for our family, although a TV upgrade so we can use the smart services(Netflix) would be perfect for relaxing in the evening especially with kids, and a microwave to heat the take away meals ordered.
The grounds and gardens are delightful, as are the big glass windows in the bedrooms which look out onto the gardens.
The breakfast was amazing. Freshly cooked and delicious, made to order at a chosen time, so a lie in doesn't affect getting a decent breakfast like it does in buffet hotels.
The one thing that would make this hotel perfect and probably 5 star, would be a lovely swimming pool.FromUS$73
