I booked the executive double bed room online and upon arrival they told me I could not stay in that room for one night because someone else had booked that room. I refused and told them I can not take another room . i was then told to top up usd$15 because the online priced are apparently different from their original prices. I wanted to speak to the manager but the stuff made it clear that the maanger can not be seen. at a certain point I waited almost 2 hours at the reception trying to get hold of the manager. if you wanna stay at this guest house dont book online, rather go in person and see what you are paying for. the location is good but I was disappointed with their services. they also need proper tissues and towels in their rooms .FromUS$30

The rooms are spacious and bright, and children's toiletries are thoughtfully prepared. There are abundant indoor and outdoor playground facilities, and the ocean ball pool is open all day. The breakfast is rich in nutrition and worry-free! The swimming pool has a shallow water area, and lifeguards guard it throughout the whole process. The hotel is in a great location, right in the city center, right next to the National Gallery of Zimbabwe. Behind the hotel is a park with beautiful views. It's said to be the second best hotel in the country, second only to the Hilton.
