It is a quite quiet place to stay, located about 2km away from Ninh Binh city center so it is also convenient, not too far from Hoa Lu ancient town, about 6km from Tam Coc - Bich Dong and Trang An, the rooms and grounds look very nice. cool eyes. The place has a beautiful natural scenario, the staff is awesome and the location is very calm, around 6/7 km away from Tam Cốc and Hoa Lu. There are some bikes (although old, very helpful) to borrow for pleasant transport and activities among the rice fields. The breakfast was well served and the food was delicious. The room was very comfortable, new and clean. The pool was spectacular which I think is a very important thing for refreshing and relaxing after the trackings and cyclings. The hotel has a friendly environment with pool table, bear, and hammock under the trees. I thank the owners for all the kindness!FromUS$46

The rooms are very nice and clean, had no problem whatsoever.
The staff are very nice and helpful, they really want to help you throughout your stay.
The breakfast are delicious and plentiful, we even had the chance to try their diner service and it was great ^^ a lot of variety in the menu and the service was fast and amazing.
Only thing I have to say is that it’s a bit far from any restaurants, I personally didn’t mind walking around to look for options but it’s a a bit of walk. Nothing too scary, the area is very friendly and smiling 😅FromUS$20

Great place to stay! Not in tam coc so its far away from the main city crowds. Pretty convenient location to get to the trang an boat tour and the mua caves.
Also not too far away from the other sites if you bike/motorbike. The family that runs this place is super friendly and they offer a family dinner every evening which is a nice way to try some home cooked dishes. Hotel was clean and spacious. Would definitely check this place out!FromUS$15

The swimming pool was very happy, the hotel was surrounded by the mountains, it was not too convenient to go out, so we rented a motorcycle to play everywhere and it was perfect... The hotel's breakfast is not too much, let's eat alive, the price is so cheap and don't expect everything to be perfect. The toilet window in the room cannot be closed tightly, so there are often mosquitoes in the room, but there are simple children's amusement facilities in the hotel garden with electric mosquito patties. We stayed for two nights. The hotel is quite far out of the town so a taxi is needed to get to any restaurants or shops. The pool was great, clean and a great view. We tried to book a trip to the Tam Coc caves but the staff on reception could only provide a 7 seat car which wasn’t suitable for 2 people and was very expensive. The hotel seats are not very good and there are few convenience stores nearby.
There are many foreign tourists, almost all of them European and American tourists, and then Korean tourists.
The hotel swimming pool cannot be used due to winter maintenance.
The TV couldn't be watched the next day. Even if I asked the housekeeping staff to deal with it, it still wouldn't work.
The hot water for bathing in the hotel is not hot

Hotel was in a quiet place with great nature but not far from the attractions, hotel staff was super friendly. When we arrived they gave us details about all the attractions and their distances from hotel. Hotel has free bikes to ride or you can rent a motorbike. Breakfast was great with common dishes that was forgiving to the stomach. Rooms were spacious and clean and warm. Will be definitely staying there again. Thank you hotel staff.FromUS$38

The hotel is located a bit away from the tourist spots, but a bike solves that problem. The hotel grounds are beautiful and well-maintained! The staff is wonderful, thank you so much for being patient with our whims. We rented a transparent sphere! It was a wonderful experience! If you open the curtains, the view is stunning! There aren't enough hangers for your clothes, and there's not much space to unpack your suitcase, but I don't think this place is designed for long stays.
