Whenever we go on holiday, we tend to visit tier 3 or tier 4 cities for 3-4 days, and so far, this decision has proven to be excellent.
I booked this hotel quite early. For a luxury king room with breakfast for two at around 600 RMB per night during a holiday, I consider that an absolute steal. It's incredibly good value. Of course, booking on the spot would have cost over 850 RMB per night, so planning ahead definitely paid off.
I've stayed at Wanda hotels in several different cities, and their biggest highlight is always the room size, typically 40+ square meters, which is something we really appreciate.
The service at this particular hotel was also quite good. Especially the housekeeping staff, who were always smiling and very polite whenever we met them in the hallway.
This Wanda hotel is located right in the city center, with MixC and Wanda Plaza just a few hundred meters away. This makes dining and getting around incredibly convenient.

I booked five twin rooms through Trip.com for a two-night stay. Everything went smoothly upon check-in; the rooms were clean and the service at the front desk was warm and attentive. However, during our extended stay, the housekeeping was subpar and seemed rushed. Specifically, the ashtray on the small table by the window wasn't emptied, disposable toothbrushes weren't provided in the bathroom, and disposable slippers were missing. There were also hairs and water stains on the bathroom floor that weren't cleaned. The continuous stay experience was really poor; I was quite dissatisfied, and the comfort level was very low. On the positive side, the hotel's environment is excellent, with beautiful scenery and a variety of gardens and lakes. The buffet breakfast was also delicious with a wide selection.
