We decided to stay in Karachi Pakistan as we have been travelling extensively and it was a stopover on our way home towards Australia from Europe.
We chose the Pearl Continental as it had very good reviews on service and security. The hotel has 4 restaurants with a very good choice of cuisines. All of the staff are very friendly and attentive. On check-in we were upgraded to an Executive room which was very spacious and comfortable.
The hotel is showing signs of age and is due for a revamp but the rooms are still very comfortable.
Karachi isn’t really a tourist destination but we enjoyed our stay and hired a driver for the day to see the sights.
