First of all, as someone who has worked in the tourism sector for years and visited numerous thermal spa hotels, I've spent years as a manager. The hotel has been renovated, and the common areas, pools, Turkish bath, sauna, restaurant, and lobby are spotless. However, both the garden and indoor pool, where the thermal spas are located, need general cleaning and maintenance, and pool attendants should be provided. The restaurant service is quite extensive, and you're sure to find something to suit your taste. The downside is that tea, coffee, and water are charged for during meals, except tea time. The reception staff are very courteous and professional. They upgraded us from a standard room to a deluxe room free of charge for three adults. Thank you for everything. This is our second time staying at this hotel; we were here last in 2018. The hotel didn't disappoint. We booked two standard rooms and requested adjacent, non-smoking rooms in the comments. We received incredibly smoky rooms, but at least they were next to each other.
We went back to the reception and asked for a change. The hotel offered us an apology in the form of a complimentary upgrade: two suite rooms, also adjacent. The rooms were wonderful! Clean, smoke-free, and next to each other. The linens and towels were in perfect condition. We also found a fruit platter waiting for us as a welcome gesture.
The hotel has its own hot spring, two pools with water from this spring at different temperatures, and a regular pool. For some reason, the regular pool closes at 8 PM, while the hot spring and its associated pools are open until 11 PM. The hammam was cold, and treatments there were more expensive than at the all-inclusive hotel we'd just come from on the coast (Kusadasi). The staff would close the hammam door and tell us everything was fine, to relax. Uh, relaxing in a cold hammam isn't exactly appealing! You have to wait at least half an hour for it to heat up. But if you leave, they turn it off. So, you can't just walk into a warm hammam; you have to sit in a cold one and wait for it to heat up. As soon as the spa staff realize you won't be booking any treatments, they completely ignore all your requests. Last time we stayed here, everything was in working order, and the staff were friendly. In the spa center, you can get a free pool towel and refill your water bottle from the cooler for free.
The breakfasts and dinners are magnificent! EVERYTHING is delicious! Varied, and they even have cherries. The food is even better than at the all-inclusive hotel we came from. The only downside is that drinks at dinner are chargeable. Only a bottle of water is free.
The hotel is located a 20-minute drive from Pamukkale. I recommend staying here for an overnight stop. It's all positives: cheaper, fewer people, delicious food, clean, beautiful, and its own hot spring (you need a swimming cap to enter). If only they could get the spa staff to do their job properly, this hotel would be absolutely perfect!

I want to write a review about this hotel, stayed by a family of four people. This is the only place of all my long trip to Turkey where the pools work until 11:00 p.m.
Despite our late arrival, everything was well organized and staff helped buy a tour of the balloons in Pamukkal. The cost was the most adequate, unlike those sold on the spot. To the North entrance of Pamukkale by car literally 5 minutes. There is a parking it is especially interesting for anyone who comes by car, at the hotel itself a big parking you go there put a car there, good breakfasts, even perhaps the best breakfasts we took during your trip.
Dinner is also good, the most important products are fresh and delicious to fix? I would write the value in the liras of the menu rather than in the euro still we are in Turkey I understand that the hotel is designed for tourists, but still. Also bar card prices are really great. Beer 7 euros)

I'm a traveler from Japan.
The location, room size, and cleanliness were all excellent.
I was especially impressed by how friendly the staff were.
I would especially recommend this hotel for those who are worried about language skills.
Each room also has a hot spring, which is a must-see for Japanese people.
You'll also be amazed by the taste and quantity of the breakfast.
I think it would be a shame to just visit this place as a day trip.
I recommend Karahayit even compared to Pamukkale Village.

The breakfast and dinner were incredibly bad, to the point where I didn't even want to look at them. However, the manager really made up for it! From the moment we checked in with the hot air balloon transfer to Pamukkale and then a taxi to check out, the manager's service was impeccable, even taking us to the roadside for our minibus. It was a great hotel, especially compared to the surrounding accommodations. The help, service, food and hygiene were excellent. Unfortunately, the spa department left much to be desired, probably because it was run by an external party.
Before the massage, the staff was friendly and promised a lot of good things, but afterwards the agreed amount suddenly turned out to be higher. In addition, I had to pay cash because the owner said he had to pay his staff immediately. I found this very unpleasant. The attitude of the owner after the massage was unprofessional and annoying, which really ruined my experience.

Would you like my honest opinion?
My first negative impression was upon checking in at the front desk. The manager was very surprised that we had arrived with our pet, a 3 kg Yorkshire Terrier. He spent a long time on the phone and was very unhappy when he was told over the phone that we could check in with our pet. However, both the hotel's website and trip.com state that pets are allowed! I specifically chose this hotel! I don't understand how the receptionist could be unaware of such important information and make guests worry. (After all, if he hadn't allowed us to check in, we would have had to find a new hotel immediately!)
Second, we booked twin rooms—that means there should be a door between the rooms, not two standard rooms next to each other!
Third, I can say about the food—it's available, it's safe, and it's delicious—but that's debatable. For breakfast, you can have an omelet or scrambled eggs prepared by a sous-vide. Fourth, I was surprised by the tea in the lobby, where a sign in three languages stated that tea was paid for, but no one paid for it—what's the point of that sign?!
The beds are quite comfortable, but the mattress is a bit hard for my taste, and the beds are narrow.
We were given attic rooms, and at 173 cm tall, I kept brushing the ceiling when approaching the bed.
I also arrived in a Tesla, which also influenced my choice of hotel. As a result, there was only one very slow charger, and there was a queue for it. I ended up charging at a neighboring hotel, which has four fast chargers and two slow ones. Overall, it's bearable for two days, but for me, five stars is too much for this hotel; four stars is the maximum.

didn’t know I had booked for 1 adult but had 2 of us. The room could fit 4 people, but the guy still insisted on charging extra for the one person So if one person can pay $90 for a room that can fit 4 people, then for 2 people I must top up additional $50? Doesn’t make sense. Anyway the thermal pools are dirty, yellowish, you can feel the sand at the bottom. The handlebar to the steps are broken. The rooms are clean, the shower and toilet are clean, the beds are comfortable, the air conditioning is great. The staff is amazing, they are helpful in every way. A great business that deserves more than 3*. We stayed in two rooms with my mother, father, wife and daughter for 3 nights. It is very good that both the thermal pools and the swimming pools are open for use 24 hours a day. And I would like to greet the pet-friendly staff again.
