The hotel is small, cozy, 5-10 minutes from the beach, the center is nearby. Breakfast is excellent, buffet, fruit: strawberries, cherries, apricots, apples, watermelons, melon. We have been to several boutique hotels in Turkey, and have never seen such a rich breakfast, much less such a variety of fruit. There are a variety of teas in jars, you can brew them yourself, whatever you want. Room: clean and comfortable, bottled drinking water, safe. Swimming pool, swam once, we are usually not fans of swimming in pools. It was hot that day, we were coming from the sea and decided to cool off in the pool again. In the pool, the stairs are wobbly and there are no rubber coverings on the steps, I slipped and fell on my tailbone. Be careful! I told about the problem, they immediately began to fix it, I also told about the rubber insoles, we’ll see if they solve this problem or not. Please fix the stairs please! But overall the hotel is good. Excellent staff, courteous, they speak Russian at the reception and in the restaurant, there were no problems with that. If you are in those parts, stop by, you won’t regret it.FromUS$41

Food is above all praise!!! Very tasty, very much, very diverse. Every day with a new theme. A whole day at different locations, my food. About alcohol I can say only for wine, as I drink only it. Very tasty local wine, not a headache, no spots, very pleasant taste.
Entertainment for children and adults from morning to evening, everyone can find a shower entertainment.
The pools, very many, big. Very clean, there is a small aquapark.
We lived in rooms in the garden, they were with new repairs, very clean and quiet.

The hotel is ”tired”, although the room is quite clean. I couldn't open the window - the stench of sewage. The food is very poor, there is almost no meat. The plates are washed poorly.

Negatif; İçecekler konusunda oteldeki tek güzel şey çaydı.. İmport içki verilmesini beklemiyorduk ama birasından votkasına cininden kokteyllerine hepsi gördüğüm en kötü oteldi. Kokteyl konusunda bardaki arkadaşlar boşuna uğraşıyor premix koyun bardakla herkes alsın daha kötü olamaz zaten. İçine kullanılan alkolden soft drink’e şuruplara kadar herşey faciaydı. Bira içelim bari dedik bir bira nasıl bu kadar tatsız olur tarifi yok. Yemeklerde çok çok kısıtlı tatlılar felaket kötü. Yiyecek içecek konusunda haksızlık yapmayalım şu iyiydi diyebileceğimiz hiçbirşey yoktu o kadar kötü.
Ortalık o kadar çocuk doluki ne kafa dinleyebilirsiniz ne herhangi bir köşeye geçip sakin bir ortam bulabilirsiniz inanılmaz hiç bitmeyen bir çocuk gürültüsü içerisinde tatil yapıyorsunuz.
6 yıl önce aynı otelde kalmıştım o zaman çok daha iyiydi. Bu 2. Ziyaretimdi ama 3. olmayacaktır..

Красивая территория.
Питание среднее - красная рыба на завтрак только по запросу, после того как нам индивидуально ее предоставили, это увидели другие гости и стали возмущаться, на следующий день появилась в общем доступе. Свежевыжатый сок и только апельсиновый - на завтрак, в остальное время их нет, аналогичная ситуация с чаем - отсутствие свежезаваренного чая, только турецкий и пакетированный, что недопустимо для данной категории отелей, в отелях ниже уровня и то данные напитки имеются (чай и свежевыжатый сок из разных фруктов), например отель juju.
Обслуживание в лобби-баре оставляет желать лучшего - хамское обращение барменов со своими гостями, на остальной территории обслуживание хорошее, особенно в барах у бассейна, пляже и и в основном ресторане, данные сотрудники делают все возможное, но явная нехватка персонала видна - сотрудники ”зашиваются” и порой не успевают оказать сервис на должном уровне.
Вот что разочаровала, это уборка номеров, стаканы и кружки на протяжение всего отдыха не мыли, мыльные предложения постоянно приходилось просить, уборка, особенно ванной комнаты - поверхностная, унитаз как был грязный при заселении, так даже после обращения в службу по работе с гостями он остался таковым, как была крышка унитаза и ободок грязным, так и остались.
Отель позиционируемый себя как премиум, такие ситуации не должен допускать, в будущем данный отель маловероятно что посетим вновь, как гостей, он нас потерял.FromUS$776
